I found this small, no frills, hole n the wall place, and I was quite pleasantly surprised. I ordered a pho and a banh mi. (Grilled pork one) and it was so delicious. The broth for the pho was super tasty. Coming from California, I didn't expect much but found more than I was looking for. ?Will definitely go back and try more stuff.Parking: Right on a corner, non assuming plaza.

Just wow.As a chef and someone who loves the food of Louisville and the world. I was overly impressed with the taste and quality of the food.This was our first time eating here and will come back often.The lo mein was perfection, the yellow curry was unbelievable and the pho is the best in town.

What a great find! Came to this area because of another well known Vietnamese restaurant but it was crowded and staff told us to wait outside in winter weather. So I searched nearby and so glad I did, I found A Chau. The food was excellent, tasty, warm and fresh. We started with the spring roll which was light and fresh. I had the stir fried chicken with broccoli and mushrooms, and loved it. My son had the beef pho and also really enjoyed. Will definitely come back to this restaurant. Bonus, the staff is friendly and courteous.

The food was incredible. The drinks were unique and high quality especially for the price. I was vegan for 4 years and this place had some of the best tofu I have ever had. This little restaurant looks like not much on the outside but the inside is amazing, it's so cute and roomy. Next the service is always good, they always take good care of anything you need. Now the main attraction the food, it is so fresh and delicious. The pho is to die for, they also have wonderful prices, there menu is so extensive. You really have so much to choose from. 10/10
