A family and pet friendly place, with a good selection of beers. Always fun, and especially fun in the rain... Puddle splashing. Staff and owners are very friendly and fun.It has been a while (we moved further away), we took our 4mo puppy for his 1st car ride to here, 'cause we knew it'd be low key. The trip there was hard, being his 1st road trip. Once there, everyone was so nice that he calmed down and mostly rested, with a few walk abouts. We will come again, to enjoy and socialize the puppy

Cozy taproom with very large outdoor patio, and excellent selection and quality of beer.

Very cool place. Beer was good. Names of the beers were great. Very relaxed and friendly place. Pet friendly which is awesome. Definitely some place to check out again.

Yes - they have a gluten free beer. The brewer is a woman getting it done!! They said to keep writing...

Dog friendly, great brews at a reasonable price!

A fun find on our Louisville brewery tour!

Friendly owner and crushable beers. Don’t forget to say hi to Hero and Sake.

IPA was decent. Inside is crammed and awkward. Outside has plenty of room but is kind of rundown (empty kegs everywhere, chain link fence with barbed wire surrounding the patio)

I've passed this place many times without stopping in. It just doesn't look appealing. But, it's on the Books and Brews list, and I had enough time for one beer before dinner. And the space is as unappealing as I had imagined. Industrial and small. It was cold out. Luckily, there were stool spots available inside. I had the barleywine, (I love that the local breweries (Falls City (prefered) and Butchertown both have it as well) are doing this style. I also tried the porter and the oatmeal stout. Sadly, none of these beers clicked for me. They all had a tinge of sourness to them. Might just be part of the brewers flavor profile. So, how does an unappealing space and beers that didn't cluck for me add up to four stars? The people! Both staff and some regulars were an absolute joy to be around and get to know. If eating didn't need to happen, I would have happily had another beer that didn't click to continue conversing with them. I'll be back for that reason.

Excellent craft beers in a fun atmosphere! And super safe during Covid-19. Love this place & the staff. Bonus: the two house cats, Saki & Hiro, are very friendly & welcoming!

Watermelon Crack is amazing!!! Little warm in the bar area. Know it's small but it was really warm in there in the summer.

Not the best. The taproom is uncomfortably small. The beer is unremarkable. The outdoor area is sparse and a little run down. I won’t go back.

I love this place. Great outdoor seating on nice days, and great beer. There's a beer for everyone. Line can get a little long, when it's crowded but well worth it. Great place to hang with your friends and have a beer. Very much recommend the watermelon crack beer
