Always a good day when I stop by. I have stopped many times and don't think I have ever had an issue. At 1 point I had some coupons my wife gave me for another location and they honored them for me. I didn't even realize they were for another location only. Great staff, great food.

Ordered (2) Reuben sandwiches thru the app at Valley Station. I have to call these sandwiches professionally done. Opened them up they were perfect. Everything was stacked and organized. There was no sauce dripping out of the sandwiche there wasn't even any sauce on the wrapper. Best sandwiche I've had from there.

My shake was not a shake. It was half empty, not mixed, and tiny. It was a pup cup, not a shake. The service was extremely slow. The staff was extremely unprofessional, except for one woman. That woman was in uniform, nice, and professional.

Their food is always good. I've had some problems in the past with delivery order but when I order pickup I an always pleased. Ordered on thr mobile app for pickup today and was extremely pleased. The young man, Jeremiah prepared my order perfectly and without any mistakes. He was quick, efficient and went above and beyond to provide me with exceptional customer service. More resteraunts should have individuals like Jeremiah working!

Stopped in trying to get a quick meal manager was at the counter counting money no one else at the counter to take my order manager did not even acknowledge me standing there talked to several employees still no response from anyone so after 5 to 10 minutes of no response I decided Arby's did not want my money so went across the street to Zaxbys where I was waited on. Not the first time this has happened I really like Arby's food but will not waste my time here again.
