Wasn't much of a wait approximately 20/30 minutes. Once seated my husband & I were waited on promptly. Our waitress was was very friendly & attentive. When our meals arrived I was surprised at the portions - BIG, and omg it was delicious. I ordered the country fried chicken with mashed potatoes & green bean. You could actually cut the chicken with your fork. You need to try it - yum, yum!!! Definitely recommend Aspen Creek for your next meal.

We randomly stopped here with friends for dinner. Glad that we did! We had the cheeseburger, filet mignon, monte cristo & fish & chips. Everyone agreed that the food was delicious! Our server, Matthew, was great - he was very attentive, yet not annoying. He had a great sense of humor too!

Love going to Aspen Creek on Mondays to get their 8oz. Sirloin steak special. $10.99 with 2 sides. I got their ? fries,similar to McDonald's, and mushrooms. I WISH THEY WOULD BRING ? BACK THEIR MIXED VEGETABLES ?!! I ordered my steak medium rare but got it medium but since there were 3 of us ,and it had good flavor and texture, I didn't say anything to our server and just ate it. BUT I know from past experiences that if I had pointed out that it was over cooked that our server would have replaced my steak with one properly cooked, no problem. Always great service ?. Well his steak is already gone ! But the only photo I took.

Quality food every time we go. The Mango margarita is spot on every time!! Service is very good but food is slow coming out but worth the wait. Restaurant could use a few updates. Bathroom could definitely use an update! My family likes Aspen. I would recommend highly!

I will say the service here is pretty good! Our waitress was friendly and served us things in a timely manner. However, the food is bland, super greasy and you get pieces of other random things with your meal. We got fried pickles which also came with a piece of chicken and a fried mushroom.
We love the Fern Creek location but sometimes stop in at this location instead. They have an awesome happy hour, perfect week night deals, and a fantastic reward system. I consistently earn free menu items every visit. The two Louisville locations are different though - so you have to sign up for both reward programs separately. My favorite meal here is the sirloin with baked potato and broccoli. I love their side salads, but dislike the upcharge. My husband loves the Aspen Hawaiian Chicken meal. The service and food here and consistently good. We visit on weeknights, so we have never had to wait to be seated, and our food is served quickly.

I recently visited Aspen Creek Grill for a celebratory dinner. They do not take reservations but you can call ahead to put your name on the waiting list. The parking lot is tricky because if you turn too early, you end up in another establishment's parking lot that doesn't connect directly to Aspen Creek Grill. The inside has a very social vibe too it. Suitable for small parties and large groups. We were a party of 8 and had two booths next to each other. Although we were close, it was still difficult to engage with everyone with the aisle as the divide (that was also busy with servers). Our waiter seemed somewhat overwhelmed but did a decent job. The food and drinks were delicious and I would definitely go back. Everyone in our party enjoyed their food as well.

We really enjoyed our visit! I had the chicken strips, which were meaty and large. The bbq sauce was too spicy for me! Husband had the fish and chips- huge portion. We were seated quickly, waiter was prompt and attentive. Most definitely will return.

The food was great! I ordered the ribeye & ribs combo! I had came in with a party of 9! All of our food came out correct and hot! Even brought a coloring sheet for my son. She was very quick and super sweet. We had Amber as a server! She was AMAZING! I watched her take about 5 tables with two party’s. No table ever went without a refill. And she was carrying tubs of dishes from her tables! All while being attentive made the food not even matter. She made our experience great we told her we would be back to see her!
