Waited to be seated or seen. Was given water and had to wait to order drinks. One server in the entire establishment during our visit. She was nice, but having my husband served in advance of myself, his side salad half done, and lasagna tested, before I received my pasta, is not an enjoyable dining experience. No complimentary bread, soda are priced per glass (no refills). Still not clear on why tea is $2.89 and soda $1.75My husband and I both agree it felt nickle and dime there, meaning they want every penny they can get. At the end of the day I don't mind paying though the experience has to be good. This wasn't. The prices weren't bad but the overall platings weren't good. Who orders eggplant parm and only expects a few slices of eggplant, no pasta, side, or bread? This wasn't that kind of restaurant... ala cart? No! lolParking felt back alley as we had to park around the alley in back and walk to the front.Food taste was good, nothing special, very high calorie as potatoes were drenched in butter, pasta had blue cheese crumble over kill.Menu is via mobile app. We were going to try desserts, but the $2.89 up charge for a second glass of mostly ice tea had me changing my mind.I would not recommend or return. They play at being too cheap and skimpy for me. This restaurant needs to decide its target audience. If they want to offer small plates, high end, then the food needs to be improved, menu changed, prices raised. They are trying to straddle and failing. Pick a direction and stay in that lane. This restaurant ranks 1 dollar but its comparable to Spirit airlines vs Delta.. the cheap comes out expensive. Can you do basic? Sure...will you love basic? Not a chance. Will you spend more than this restaurant ranks? Absolutely! Don't bank on $ on this rating!Lastly, the chairs are not comfortable! If you are above average size you will not like these seats! See picture! This is casual and low cost seating not meant to linger in..

Excellent place, very delicious food, lamps in the middle of the hallways but at the height of your face that doesn't make sense, especially because they are retractable, several diners tripped over several of

I was delighted with my experience here. We took a larger group, and while the seats were a little tight for us the atmosphere and service were great.Parking is very tight, but once you’re in you won’t be sad.Parking: Street level parking is available, but parking onsite is no guarantee!

I'm glad to see in other reviews it wasn't just me that thought some of the food was very bland but because we are it hoping it would get better they only offered a free dessert. Also do not bother with the Sangria its literally juice. 2 people sharing a picture of Sangria and felt nothing. Also it is stated on the website but they will not separate checks.

Wonderful atmosphere and friendly, attentive staff. Food was, unfortunately, underwhelming. I would still recommend it for the cozy restaurant. Drinks looked impressive.

Food was amazing. The service was kind and a nice balance between attentive and not overbearing. Very great ambiance, not loud, romantic. Highly recommended.

Being a Spaniard, I have to say that I was very excited to know that there was a Spanish restaurant here in Kentucky (USA) and I have already come 3 times, I have to say that like the first time none, Alba as a cook was very good and everything It was similar to Spanish food, but now with the new cook I say that it is not similar, the name is too big for it but it does not cook badly. I really liked the service but the meals either did not have salt and flavor or were very stale and I wish you luck!!!That's if the place is too small for many people. And they listen to all the conversations.Kid-friendliness: There are chairs for children and some food can be eaten by children as well.

Slow service and had to pay for refills on tea, which is ridiculous. When asked, was told because they made the tea in house. Doesn't every restaurant make it fresh. The food was okay but no sides without extra costs. Did not like scanning for menu.Parking: Not enough space

Fun restaurant vibe for date night. The food is spectacular. We got patatas bravas, the muscles and bomba de carne. All great we went on vday so they were kinda busy but it was nice to be able to speak. The chef is also a sweet lady who came out to every table to check on the food. Def recommend for a date spot. Oh and the beignets you must have them!

Second time here. Each time there was something not available from the menu. Service is great. The shrimp was very tasty, the bread was not toasted with garlic as shown in the menu though. Wine selection was limited. They were out of the ceviche. The patata bravas are a good option. Not certain if I would return. The menu options are skim. Additionally, not certain why they do not provide real menus, it's not a fast food location.

Went for a birthday party. We had a reservation, BUT on arrival; no table. Sat in bar for a few minutes at first neglected, but bartender finally came to us…we were the only ones at her bar! and then we were taken to our table. Personal were nice. There is zero debate here, but the service wasn’t good at all. Our server forgot so much. The food wasn’t terrible, but I’ll tell you that it was unsalted. Very little flavor. Lastly, IF YOU HAVE A PARTY OF 5 or greater, expect for them to stick you with a 20% tip & unable to split your bill. We sat there for some time trying to move money and call who owed what. This part was really frustrating.
