I would give less than 1 for a review if possible. Rude waitress and you have to get a bracelet and get your own beer or wine. Waitress didn’t even know what beers are domestic. Ridiculous system. We decided not to order food and go to another Bearno’s that has good staff and service. I could say a lot more but won’t. Unpleasant experience. We will not return.

The pizza at this location has no flavor. There is so little pizza sauce on their pizza.you can't see it or taste it. If you get the meat lovers pizza all the meat falls off the slice before you can get the pizza to your mouth. Tonight I paid $18 for a small 12 in. veggie pizza that was under cooked and bland. Other locations are not like this, why is this one?

Server was taking care of way too many tables and bar. Had no care to want to be quick. Took us over two hours and 30 mins alone to pay the check. That was after we had to go to the bar just to get her attention to pay.

I was just at the J-town Bearno's with our Corvette Club. We were a group of 33 people. Service was adequate, but our waitress was serving the entire restaurant! That seemed unfair. She was good-natured about it. We ordered a medium pizza which had virtually no flavor. The sauce was thin and bland. There was hardly any cheese. It had no flavor, either. It was really sub-standard. The waitress said she was out of napkins. How do you run out of napkins??Lastly, none of the many tv's in the room were on. It just could have been a much better dining experience. Instead, it was mediocre at best. This review is meant as constructive criticism.

First time at this Bearnos and we really enjoyed the company, the music, service and the food was really good! The wall of beers and other drinks is a nice way of trying new beers and such without having to pay for a full glass of so.ething you don't care for. Great idea!

Today we ordered a pizza from this location of Bearno's. The pizza was delivered in a reasonable amount of time and the order was correct. The Momma Bearno's pizza was very good. We also ordered a cinnamon dessert pizza which adequate at best. We always expect a lot of toppings from Bearno's and the dessert pizza did not measure up. Good but not up to Bearno's standards. The worst part of the experience was the delivery from Grubhub. The delivery person set the boxes on the porch, he never rang the doorbell or knocked. NOTHING. If we had not seen the car pull in the drive way the pizza might have set on the porch for who knows how long. You would think with the service fee charged, the delivery fee plus the tip they received they could have at a minimum rang the doorbell. Not the first time we have had a less than positive experience with Grubhub.

I ordered 2 mama bearnos for carry out for a bday party I was hosting and for the FIRST TIME EVER I was disappointed! The crust was undercooked and flimsy not golden and crisp and by the time I got it home it was soggy on the bottom and I had guests to feed. Also the Value has gone down not near the size I recall For a large I would have leftovers but what I did not throw out bc it was not edible there was nothing left.

Bearno's is a Louisville institution! Great pizza with plenty of toppings. I recommend the Momma Bearno's if you like pizza with several toppings, meat, veggies, etc. Choose any crust. The regular crust is not too thick. Choose that or the thin crust. Either is great. We also enjoyed the house salad. Bearno's is definitely one of the top pizza restaurants in Louisville and I recommend it!

Some good pizza! The Mama Bearno’s Special was loaded and filling. Garlic Cheese Stix was a yummy appetizer that i’d get again. Next time I’m gonna give the Bearno’s Meatballs a go and the drink/draft wall!
I ordered a mama bearnos with pepperoni, sausage and mushrooms on half and they sent us a pizza with everything on it and I could not get them to make it right because I didn't say ONLY pepperoni, sausage and mushrooms on half. HAS THIS HAPPENED TO ANYONE ELSE. AND THE OWNER WOULD NOT MAKE GOOD ON IT! SHAME ON HER! BAD BUSINESS!!! I will never ever order her pizza again.
