I was in the Middletown neighborhood and I was curious about what was in the downtown area. I found that there was a little bakery called Blu bakery. I decided to pop in. Historically this used to be a bank thanks to the historical marker outside. But now it has been converted into this space. They have options of cupcakes and macarons, and various types of tea. There are other options available too, but it was late in the day so the cookies, scones, cinnamon rolls and mini cheesecakes were sold out. There were great syrup options for coffee and the teas also looked very delicious. The prices were reasonable and the service was nice. I was able to get a funfetti cupcake with a frosted animal cracker and it was moist and delicious. The space is very adorable for a hang out.

Having sampled the cookies here it was a no-brainer to use Blu Bakery for a cake for my niece’s baby shower. The staff are so friendly, were easy to work with and the price was very reasonable. The cake was beautiful and WOW did it taste amazing!!! Can’t recommend these guys enough!

I must of had cake tastings from a dozen places, Blu Bakery by far had the most amazing tasting cake! I also loved using a small local business. Teri and Kristen are so friendly, efficient, and professional! The shop is also adorable and has the best atmosphere.They created the most perfect wedding cake, exactly what I asked for... it was beautiful! I also was able to have half the tiers strawberry and half funfetti and it was the best cake I have ever had!!! You can actually see in my wedding video me say "the cake is so good" while me and my husband were feeding it to each other. Highly recommend them for any big event or just a little something to treat yourself!

I had a few extra minutes in the Middletown area and so I stopped in to this delightful bakery!! The ladies who were working there were very nice and friendly. My strawberry pastry was divine!! It is furnished so calming and lovely. I want to bring my friends back and sit and enjoy the shop. I will be back.

I dropped in this afternoon for a treat while in the area, and was pleasantly surprised! They had enough options for me to choose from, and it was hard to decide because everything was so beautiful. I settled on the plum and blueberry tart. Let me tell you....it was amazing! So flaky and airy. Not too sweet and the perfect amount of fruit/jam. Can't wait to visit again and again! There's plenty of parking right out front and the staff was so nice.

I haven't tried very much from here, but I can say their cheesecake is easily the best cheesecake I've ever had! I haven't been here personally but my boyfriends mother raves about it and will often share with us. She loves the little pies. I would love to go in person to see this place! Excited to try more from here but everything I have tried I've enjoyed.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I received so many compliments on my daughter’s birthday cake. For the first time ever we had no cake left after the party!

Stopped by one Thursday morning and had a lovely time eating a variety of delicious pastries. Coffee bar was fun and the kids loved seeing all the goods to pick what they wanted. Especially appreciated the flower wall sign for some super cute pictures. Highly recommend!!

Blu Bakery created an exact replica of the cake picture I sent! Also helped me out with delivery and pickup as we are from out of state and birthday girl was there visiting for the birthday! They had quick communications with me and professionalism. Customer service was A+ and I can’t wait to come down and order more goodies from them!
