We came in around 5pm when the restaurant re-opened. We got seated immediately and ordered soon after. Our drinks came out very soon with our food following. We ordered mango lassi, mango milkshakes, chicken 65, butter chicken and chicken biryani. Everything was very tasty. Highly recommend coming here!! The best desi food I've ever had!

The food was amazing and perfectly spiced! Service was incredible and the restaurant was exceptionally clean and cozy. I’ve eaten at many Indian restaurants around the world and the food here was truly delicious!

The chicken tandoori which we ordered for take out was not fresh. The quality of the food has been deteriorated.

Your consistently good food keeps us coming back for more whenever we are in Louisville! This last time we truly enjoyed Chicken 65, Poori, Saag Paneer, Naan and Chicken Biriyani! So many more items that we have enjoyed previously! Dosa, Idly, Vada, various curries……..

Please don't go to this restaurant. If you do, I'm going to have a harder and harder time finding a table. Bombay Grill is surprisingly cozy for a strip mall restaurant. But, as much as I hate to admit it, the food is consistently spectacular. Their Gobi 65 is to die for, but may I suggest you start out at a nice medium (3 or 4, perhaps), then build up, unless you're an old hand at spice, of course. All of the Naans are great, but the Pudhina Naan, stuffed with mint, is my current favorite. I have never had anything that didn't please me here. I adore all of their Dosas (huge crepes filled with veggies and such). I'm not vegetarian, but I am equally satisfied with their vegetarian entrees, My personal favorites are usually chicken, but I love their lamb, goat, and seafood selections, too. So please, don't go here. Unless you really love great Indian food.

This is my favorite Indian restaurant in Louisville. The food has the most flavor and the portions sizes is good. Bombay Grill is a close second.

Ordered the masala dosa and lamb curry. Masala was fine. Dosa texture feels like the dough has not been fermented. Masala, chutney and sambar are ok. Lamb curry was also fine but the lamb was a little chewy and smelled different. A decent place for Indian food. Nothing is bad but nothing is great either.

The food here was very flavorful and there were several vegan options, which the staff were very knowledgeable about. None of the naan is vegan but they do have another type of "bread" that was pretty good to dip in food. The samosas are great as was the Chana masala.
