I’m from NYC and finding really good pizza is hard. This place takes the gold metal for the New York - Detroit style pizza ????Henry was the absolute BEST server I’ve had in years. It was a really great experience. It was my sister’s 18th bday and he came out with pretzel cannoli’s and a candle! He was super attentive and kind. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We had a very good experience. Not our favorite Louisville pizza restaurant but a place we will return to. Our sausage pizza was excellent. We got thin crust. Nice and crispy. Cooked perfectly. Could have used a bit more sausage. My wife got the white pizza. Very flavorful. We continue to visit and evaluate pizza restaurants. This is a solid place. I recommend it. The Post still leads the pack. We are going back there soon just to confirm. On to the next pizza parlour!!

Tried to find a restaurant opened after 9:30 pm and BoomBozz was the place. BoomBozz is your typical sports bar. I ordered a fire roasted chicken pizza, BoomBozz wings and a field salad. The food was good and the witness was helpful. I ordered the field salad with chicken and that was mistake. The chicken was cold and sweet. I would not recommend. Overall, the food was good.
BoomBozz is my favorite pizza place, I go for the food, never had a bad meal. Service always friendly.

Visited this BoomBozz location twice within the past two weeks and was treated poorly each time by a particular employee. On the first visit, the rude employee with dark hair/glasses was particularly cold when seating us but thankfully another server waited on us. Yesterday during our visit, we were seated by a kind server and waited for our actual server to wait on us. It was supposed to be the same rude dark haired employee from the prior week who did not speak to/greet us, but this week she refused to wait on our table. The greeter inquired about when the waitress was going to get our orders and I overheard her decline to wait on us as I walked to the bathroom. When I returned to my table my mother informed me that the server said she (rude, dark hair) was “too busy” to serve us and I asked our new server how busy could she (rude, dark hair) be as I noticed her over at the bar sipping mixed alcohol drinks especially in consideration of there only being one other customer in the restaurant besides my family. When the next customer walked in, the rude server happily went over to serve them with a smile but I can only deduce why she felt more inclined to serve them instead of our table. We are black, she and they are white hence the preferential treatment displayed on both occasions. We paid our bill and left knowing fully well that we will never return to this location. The owner was there the entire time and in close proximity during all conversations yet never redirected her employee or asked about our meal. Needless to say, she could have cared less about the quality of service and experience of the customers that keep those Balmain sneakers on her feet. It’s my decision to divest from this restaurant and to spend money where I’m welcomed.

this is the second time my husband and I have been to this location. both times we have had awful service. tonight we sat for almost 10 minutes without being greeted despite it not being busy. she let my husbands drink go empty twice. after she brought his last drink I asked her if I could possibly get more of the garlic bread that came with my pasta to which I guess a regular customer came in and she blantantly ignored me and started talking to the other customer and then walked away. after that we got our check and when she ran my husbands card he hit no tip so that we could give her cash to which she rolled her eyes and said “oh, sweet” and then walked away. not sure what it is with the servers at this location but they need a reality check
