My husband and I went to visit this great local place on a Saturday morning around 10 am. Their food is normally great. We ordered our food and after waiting 25 minutes, checked on the status only to be told that they had run out of eggs and someone had gone to get some. Our food hadn't even been started. Not having eggs at 10 am on Saturday is not being prepared to open. While we were waiting about 10 other people came to order and no one was told about the delay. Please just communicate with your customers.

Great "home cooked" comfort food served in a to-go style box under a fluffy biscuit! I love this place and my family constantly goes. The staff are very pleasant and puts their customer service first. Although sometimes it hard to gauge when they're open, but when they are, I'm going! Thank you Boujie Biscuit.

First time coming to Boujie biscuit, we loved the mom and pop, feeling we got and the staff was very helpful and friendly, and the food was the best biscuit I ever had. I highly recommend everyone to come try boujie biscuit.

I think their food is very, very good. I know everyone is struggling now with covid-19, but the service model Boujie Biscuit had in place is very off-putting. Their on-line ordering doesn't work and they charge extra for phone orders, which is the only way to order. I hope they survive and are able to put a more customer centric service model in place

The biscuits are absolutely amazing!! I wish I could say the same about the customer service. I really do. But I will not lie about the biscuits, amazing! Comfort food is not just about the food it’s also about the experience. I look forward to a more comforting experience in the future. And...an online ordering system would be great!

Such a great spot here in LOU. Had Biscuit Love in Nashville but think these are better! Sausage gravy + hot chicken breast chunks is so amazing!

I really love this place the food is definitely a five star she makes delicious food ive. tried so. many different biscuits and none of them disappointed me. What disappoints me is the lack of customer service thats why im giving her a two star. When i went me and my daughters was pumped to go and enjoy some of her delicious food we get there after it has been open for just an hour me and my girls placed an order separately I might add so we sit and wait for our food 45 minutes go by we still haven't gotten our food which I can understand that because so many orders come through so after about an hour we asked about our food because people that ordered behind us gotten their food so what do they tell us they sold out and accidentally gave our food to someone else well the biscuits and thy where out of biscuits like WTF!! how do you skip three separate orders not one three so she said she had a biscuit and half of one and she can make a small order for free and refunded our money but in all honesty i was still pist because we didnt get a full three orders and cant get that hour back i waited and i couldnt figure out for the life of me how three orders got skipped thts three mistakes and people behind us gotten theirs. So maybe a week later i still wanted some and figure okay let's try again this time we tried callin it in i cant remember if it was 958 am or 1058 am whtever time she opens we called two mins before she open so here we go again we callin they answer we say we would like to place an order the girl on the other end gonna holler oh we not takin orders til 9 or 10 whatever time it was that they open it was only two minutes before they was opening like why would you answer the phone if you wasn't going to take an order and it was only two minutes before they was going to open!!!!! two mins!!!!... so we had to hang up wait 2 minutes then call back like wtf!!! So of course busy line busy line busy line finally we get through!!! Their customer service skills suck suck suck suck!! It makes me not want to go there just because of that!!! She better be glad I like her food but something got to give because she will lose people because of her workers and her customer service skills!!!

You ain't had a biscuit until you've eaten from here. Soft, buttery, moist and sure perfection. Take your biscuit to go and then come back . There are so many options to choose from. So we had the Caribbean Sea biscuit and I seriously felt like I was on an island ! I've been to many islands in the Caribbean and this is da "real "ting!"" All food is not created equal and you need this in your life. Sophisticate your pallet.. and contemplate what you've done with life after eating here....

Have been to Biscuit Love in Nashville and while very good, the richness of Boujie Biscuit is un matched!! I'm addicted to the Gravy Train on Fire. It's a box filled with a fluffy biscuit surrounded by rich sausage gravy + hot chicken chunks!! The many has other great delights I will try soon but in 5 visits, this keeps calling me back!
I ordered a ham biscuit and my sister and I shared a bacon biscuit. Each one had a delicious cheese sauce! They were both very yummy ?

So for my birthday my Aunt treated me to this restaurant. She order the chicken and egg biscuit and the peach bistro go for me and we ate them at the park. I also got the pot pie biscuit for later. These biscuits are so delicious. The texture, flavor and fluffiness are exceptional and the amount of food is excellent. You have enough of a serving to literally eat half now and save half for later. Just to be clear, I didn't save anything because it was so delicious but I could've. I strongly encourage you taking the time to discover this little gem. I have never been there personally but due to Covid I would definitely suggest picking up your order to go and placing it in an insulated warmer bag so everything will still be hot when you arrive home. I purchased my XL insulated travel bag at Walmart a couple of years ago but I have seen them at Trader Joe's and also online at Amazon.

Love the story behind this business. I went soon after they first opened and things were a little tight inside. The kitchen looks like a pop up kitchen from someone's house. The food was good but very heavy. Great hangover breakfast. Portions are big.
