Our server was very helpful and polite. Even the host that seatef us held the door open for me as I'm in a wheelchair. My only complaint is that it isn't wheelchair accessible. It has a ramp but you need help opening doors.Wheelchair accessibility: Limited. Wish they had automatic door opening.

Me and my boyfriend just had lunch here. The food was great and fresh! I had the Cajun pasta and chicken pot pie ? he had a cheeseburger and fries. My server didn’t smile once lol not the best service today at all. And after paying she literally walked up to our table as we were leaving and said “did you guys pay?” We had to show our checking account and ask for a manger before she realized SHE made a mistake…to avoid any confusion we should’ve just paid in cash. We’re black so you could imagine how uncomfortable that was for us going back and forth in front of other tables and being accused of not paying :(

My wife and I ate dinner at Cheddars. I had the 6oz filet and chicken tenders combo with fries and slaw. All of the items were delicious but the chicken tenders were not as good as I was expecting. The honey butter croissants were absolutely delicious! They were slightly overcooked. The service was excellent as we were waited on very timely and everything we ordered was included in our order. The restaurant was clean and a nice place to dine.Parking: They have their own lot and their was ample parking.Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicap parking by the main entrance and the floor plan makes wheelchair access pretty easy. Building access is good with someone holding the doors open.

Feeling a little weird about my pick up order experience. The employee asked that I signed my receipt with a pencil. I asked if there was a pen and she said that there weren’t any pens inside. Fortunately I found a pen in my car but for obvious reasons it’s sketchy to write my tip and total in a pencil. Not one pen inside of a business is wild and sketchy.

This I was my first time ever trying Cheddar’s and I will not be back at all!Between the rude service and cold food I don’t know who is in charge but this is not okay. Took 30 minutes for my food to come out and when it did it was cold… my steak was cold, broccoli was cold, mash potatoes even my croissant was so cold the butter wasn’t melting.I’m a manager myself and for me to get up and walk out of a restaurant and not getting a chance to enjoy anything this was absolutely disgusting.

We went in for lunch. Got the lunch special, fried chicken sandwich and a cheeseburger. Both came with fries. The hamburger was dressed and 1/2 LB. The chicken sandwich was crispy and cooked well, hot and juicy. Down side was wish it would have had pickles or tomatoes on it. Otherwise a good lunch.
