All I can say is this will be my last time going to any Cheesecake Factory! We had a reservation 8 hours in advance and it wasn’t ready on time, the wait for the food was as insane, the quality of food was not worth the bill. Plan to spend!

I pick up carry out often for years from this location, as I travel extensively for work and live about an hour away. Our dinner was fine as usual but the Cheesecake had something hard inside, after spitting out first 3 bites and not being able to tell what the little hard opaque pieces were….I wasn’t satisfied. I called the next morning, explained…including the distance and was asked to return with receipt and ask for any manager on duty the following week. I was declined for not returning within 24 hours.

It was something special that we was going to finally eat there. Well I'm sorry that we did. The only thing that they did get right was the cheese cake. I have never wasted $140 on anything till now. Cold food bad service and we was sat in dark corner. Terrible.
Every time we travel to Louisville this is one of our stops. We love the variety of dishes, always something for everyone. We can’t pass on getting a few appetizers and of course cheesecake!
The service was excellent, but our fries were barely warm and our food all tasted like fish. One sandwich was deep fried and another was on the griddle, so it couldn’t have just been cross contamination. May old oil or something. Either way, not super pleasant food. We usually love the Cheesecake Factory we go to in Michigan.

Beautiful place, very tall ceilings, ornate decor. We each got the Renee's Special which was a lot of food. The sandwich came on a typical white bread bun and I would of enjoyed it more it had been toasted but it was good. The soup was very good, same with the salad. Mostly I was surprised at the cheesecake as it was okay but definitely not fantastic. The 2 of us eating lunch specials, iced tea and one slice of cheesecake with tip was around $60.
