I stopped to grab breakfast before my flight, and had such a great experience. I was greeted with kindness, patience that truly turn my day around for the better. Special things thanks to destiny and jamie for creating a great atmosphere.

We had time for lunch before our flight and Chili's was nearby. I don't expect much from airport restaurants. But this spot was a pleasant surprise. Our server was Johnny on the spot for our drink order. My wife went with a house salad topped with grilled chicken. I chose the Swiss mushroom burger. My burger was more medium than medium rare, but since the server never asked how I wanted the burger cooked, I didn't have reason to gripe. The burger was served up hot and the fries were crispy. My wife's salad was quite large and very fresh. Wanna gripe? Would it kill the management to put salt & pepper on the table? Even paper packets would be preferable to begging for those items. Still a pleasant surprise on a day of travel.

Absolutely horrendous staff, the food was luke warm, the kitchen staff was loud and cracking jokes instead of cooking, and 4 employees were just walking around and ignoring the customers.

Said it closes at 7pm on Saturday. My plane is at 9:10pm. They were completely shut down when I arrived at 6:15.

I had the best waitress and I hate that my memory is failing me on her name (it might have been Lacie). She was super sweet and attentive. The food took a little while but my goodness my chicken crispers were nearly too hot to eat and same for my French fries. The chips and salsa were very tasty too. I came in hungry but I couldn't eat half of it since the portions were huge. I had pretty much washed my hands of Chili's restaurants but I'm going to try the one nearest to me again to see if they are half as good as what I got from a visiting airport!

My problem was I didn’t want a heavy lunch since I was flying. I ordered a kids meal grilled cheese sandwich with salad and tea 5.99. I received the bill and I was charged 6.99 plus 2.99 for the tea and 1.20 for ranch ended up spending 11.85 plus tip. I could have gotten a regular meal for what I paid for a kid’s meal.

This Chili's is a small space in Terminal A at the Louisville airport and has a scaled down version of their menu. They have a decent bar with reasonably priced drinks for an airport. I sat and had a drink before my flight, then ordered a meal to go and was waited on by Lexi. She was pleasant and super sweet. No complaints!

The food was lukewarm very tiny hot wings and over-cooked French fries. The server was amazing she asked if we wanted to send our food back we both said no fearing they would do something terrible to our food. So we ate French fries and got the tiny wings to go.

There are limited offerings in Terminal A of the airport, so I guess this "Chili's" will have to do. With that said, they ran out of Breakfast Taco's which kinda surprised me. How does Chili's run out of tacos? And then I remembered that this isn't really Chili's but rather an airport facsimile. Not that Chili's are amazing in the first place out in the real world. Anyway - for a quick breakfast, this place is fine. I've definitely had better airport food though. The menu was limited so we ordered eggs and sausage. Nothing memorable - but again it's an airport "Chili's". Service was good, no issues in that department. We were we greeted the second we sat down and the food came rather quickly. Ambiance ... it's a breakfast "Chili's". Lol In walking through Terminal B after eating, we saw a pizza place with a coal burning oven. Not sure what they were serving for breakfast, but in retrospect we probably should have tried their first. Again - it's an airport "Chili's" - so lower your expectations and you'll be fine'

Went to two to other restaurants at the airport and they were both out of food/couldn’t keep up with orders.Chili’s saved the day. Very happy that they have their **** together.

The food here is good, but it's challenge is the hustle and bustle of the airport. I enjoy eating her because the food is great.
