This place has been my go-to & favorite place for fast Chinese food! I've literally been a loyal patron of theirs for over a decade. They provide the kindest service and I've always treated us with the utmost respect. Service like this is dying out these days. You will always be greeted with a smile and warmed by it.As for the food in my opinion it's one of the best Louisville has to offer and they don't get enough credit for that! The restaurant is always clean and maintained with direct sight to the kitchen. The kids love to watch them cook.I hope they have many years ahead and prosperous ones at that! And China 1, if you ever read this, thank you for all you do!Vegetarian options: They have no issue making almost any dish vegetarian.Dietary restrictions: If you have any dietary restrictions that would be glad to make your food in an alternative way for you.Parking: Plenty of open parking it's in a small strip mall.Kid-friendliness: Pretty much warm smiles, they offer Chinese cookies on their menu, and pretty much always happy to see the little ones Ttrot in with their parents.Wheelchair accessibility: Just roll on in and have some great food someone will always be there to hold the door for you too if you need it.

This restaurant is fairly close to our house, so we order for pick up a few times a month and it’s always super hot & fresh and delicious. My favorite items so far are the Mongolian Beef, Beef and Broccoli , Sweet-and-Sour Chicken, House Lo Mein, Egg rolls…and of course Crab Rangoon! They also have a good soups! The family that runs this restaurant seem very kind and are always helpful and gracious!

Ordered chicken fried rice. The rice was good but the chicken was spoiled. I wouldn't eat at this place because they seem to keep old meat and won't throw it out, they'd rather make a quick buck

It's been awhile since I've had China 1. They have gotten even better as time goes on. Kung Poa Chicken, Vegetable Fried rice, egg and spring rolls and Hot and Sour soup were all excellent. More meat and veggies than ever before. Great food.

This used to be really good but our most recent takeout on Sunday evening 11/26 was not good at all. Chicken Lo Mein had 3 tiny slivers of chicken. Shrimp egg rolls where just an empty shell with 1 tiny shrimp in each. The fried rice was ok but the spring rolls were terrible. Such a disappointment. We always enjoyed our meals from this restaurant. Will begin the search for a replacement.

I was craving sesame chicken and this came high recommended. My husband has enjoyed this restaurant many times. This was my first time trying it. I tried his lo mein and it was very bland. The sesame chicken came with a couple good pieces (they use dark meat) but some were mostly breading. The sauce used was almost like gelatin which I did not like. The fried rice had a great flavor and I enjoyed that. The food gave me a pretty bad stomach and I paid for it the following day with more stomach pain.

I am writing this review solely based upon their General Tso's chicken. A couple of things make it stand out from most other Chinese places: 1. The chicken. The fried pieces of chicken are lightly battered, tender, and juicy. Most places are almost all breading and very chewy. Not here. 2. The sauce. I asked for spicy and it came SPICY. Very nice. 3. The fried rice is some of the best you'll find in town from a fast food Chinese place. It actually tastes like fried rice and has a pleasant wok-hei char going on. 4. They include a small egg roll AND a drink with your lunch special which as of 11/2023 is $7.99 plus tax. Super fairly priced I can't speak for the rest of their items, but if you're a General Tso fan and like spicy, you're bound to enjoy their version.
