Really disappointed with my recent visit here. All I got was a chicken burrito, and a queso on the side. I get to the register and pay, just to get my receipt to see that I was charged for guacamole and chips which I did not ask for. I told the cashier and he hands me back $1.25, throws away my receipt and the rushes me out. There was a long line and I didn’t want to cause a scene so I just left. I was so overcharged and wasn’t even given back my full refund. If chipotle could give me a refund that would be great. Will not be back.

Plant-based protein was terrible, dried out, and way too spicy. When I ordered it, the worker scoped it out, noticed it was dry, poured in half a cup of water into, and served it. I should have rejected it then.

Please stop using doordash as a delivery service!!!!! The drivers suck. They sit and wait for other orders after picking up our food causing the food to get cold! Either just use Uber Eats or add your own delivery like Chick Fil A. I love chipotle, but your affiliation with doordash is going to run off your customers.

It was eh. The drink station was messy and sticky. They were out of white rice guacamole black beans likely more but I got my order figured out. They were fast and nice but you could tell the leadership dod not plan very well this day. Food was good portions inconsistent but otherwise eh

This location is by far the worst I’ve been to, I live a half mile from here and still occasionally drive all the way to the one on Hurstbourne.This place is very stingy with their portions most of the time, on the rare occasion that they’re not they happen to be out of at least 1 main ingredient. Not to mention the cooked veggies are always absolute garbage and never fresh at any point when you walk in there.Today there was burnt chicken, no white rice, no guacamole and no chips. The woman at runs this location absolutely hate her job. She will let you stare at an entire box of chips and just look you dead in the face and tell you they’re out. Then when you question it she says it’s for online orders only. So apparently you can order your half empty bowl and if you want stale chips you need to order them on the app. Like explain why this woman is running a store when she’s constantly berating people and refusing the most basic of service.

One order for chicken bowl with beans came as 7 pieces of steak with corn. The second chicken bowl was only filled half way. The 3rd chicken bowl was cold, wrong and crunchy rice. Absolutely no way to call store at all.

I just left there and now no one is Answering the phone!! I want to reimbursed for my can bowl my chicken was Burnt and not edible!!!? the pepper and onions looked like they had been there all Day.NEVER EVA HAVE I HAD THIS EXPERIENCE AT ANY CHIPOTLE!!!
