I never leave reviews but this is ridiculous. Went in to get takeout and staff was extremely rude!! Both people taking orders seemed like they didn’t even want to be there, mumbling stuff underneath their breath because they were all out of majority of the menu. Hire staff that wants to work. Left and went to Panda and received great customer service there.

Ok but out of guac and all chips. Food was just ok didn’t seem fresh. No one there seemed to care. Not terrible by any means but a bit disappointing.

EVERY time we order pickup..it's wrong! No cheese!! Why?? and no vinaigrette as ordered and continue to order and do not get. I place online because the people in the front line act like they hate their job and I'm tired of the attitude. Lost my buisness!

Horrible. Do not go here. Employees suck, food sucks, atmosphere sucks. It’s too bad because I love chipotle. But at least this particular location has worse customer service and food than a McDonald’s.

All around horrible experience at this location. The young lady making our food was extremely confrontational, and was slopping ingredients around so much they were mixing together in the metal tins. I wish I had paid more attention to this instead of being so shocked by her attitude, because I ended up with beef in my tacos and am now in immense pain as I am allergic to red meat. The cherry on this disaster was watching 6 employees gossip while a 7th sort of lackadaisically wiped down counters amongst the garbage dump of overflowing trash bins, and a floor that resembled the other girls half hearted burrito bowl. This store is gross.

Atmosphere was great, service was a complete fail, three of the people behind the counter Seemed very homophobic. After telling them we were together, they suggested that we looked like sisters, twins to be specific, rolling their eyes and making us feel unwanted. Asked for chipotle mayo and apparently they never heard of it and gave me attitude to prove it. Including the manager. Prepare to be judged if you come.

The girl with the big underbite and glasses is absolutely awful, negative energy everytime, slams everything after using it, rolled her eyes twice, just doesn’t make sense it’s a pretty easy job.

I left a review few days early. Sheldon, from Chipotle, told me to go to website and they'd help me resolve. I did. A dozen emails and all they offer is rewards that will expire. What do I want? Simple. I ordered large chips and guacamole for $8 on the app and prepaid. They were out and didn't complete my order. I just want a refund. Seems simple. Filed a complaint with Attorney General. I know it's just $8 but it's ridiculous. It really is stealing. I don't understand why they refuse to simply give me my money back for an order they couldn't fill. Seriously! It's almost comical. I wish I could cut and paste their AI emails. Such awful customer service.
