Had not been to Come Back Inn for a few years, and I remember it having very good food. On this visit, I was not all that impressed. We were greeted quickly and advised to sit wherever we wanted. Didn't take too long for server to bring over menus. Draft beer selection was fair (Peroni and 2 local breweries on tap). Menu selection is pretty good with different pastas, pizzas, and sandwiches to choose from. They also have appetizers and salads. Good vegetarian options. We had the Crostini Florentine appetizer, which was good. My fiancé had a Greco pasta dish, which he was not very impressed by. I had the special, a calzone, which was okay but nothing really stood out about it. Our server, Emily, was attentive and did a good job.The ambiance is a vintage vibe. I do not think they have updated anything or remodeled in a while. This gives it both charm and a slightly dingy feel. I remember when people smoked inside this restaurant years ago.Since I always like to comment on bathrooms, I decided to add a couple pictures this time. If you use the women's room (they have gender specific bathrooms), watch your step going in. I almost turned my ankle when I walked in due to a slight step down. The pictures on the wall were cute and charming, but the bathroom could use some cleaning and/or updating. Parking can be a challenge. They have a small parking lot and street spots can be difficult to find. They have steps going up to the front door, and I am not sure if they have wheelchair access around the back or side. I would probably eat here again, and would grab a pint of beer at the bar, but not planning on returning soon.

Was trying to find a place that wasn’t outrageously priced for some Italian food. Found this little place. Definitely didn’t look appealing from the outside but pretty decent inside. Street parking or there’s a parking lot I noticed across the street where people were parking. Has a bar area then seating for dinner/eat in. Ordered Alfredo with chicken. Wasn’t crazy about the chicken on it bc it was like boiled and white like the sauce. The sauce was pretty decent. Not one to run back and have again until I have other places to compare it to. But wasn’t bad either. I definitely could do without the chicken on top. But the portion size was ok for the price.

Every dish I have had is good. I mainly stick to the pasta though. The Gorgonzola is the bees knees. Pizzailoa is also delicious.

This is a little hole in the wall place with great food. The menu is primarily Italian with heavy portions. The antipasto wontons are amazing... definitely get those as an appetizer. My friends and I all got separate dishes... spinach ricotta pizza, Gorgonzola pasta, grilled Italian sausage & meatball bake, and a Parmesan chicken bake. We were all pleased with our choices; however, the sausage and meatball dish was supposed to be a pasta free dish but was definitely packed with penne pasta. Still good but not exactly what my friend was expecting. The Gorgonzola dish was great... I would've added chicken to it had it been my dish. We arrived on a Wed around 630 and there was plenty of seating (booths and tables) but they filled up fast. It looked to only be 2 waitresses working the floor and they were busting their butts. We had great service from the one that was our waitress. Food was slow to come out but I believe they make it all to order so it will/may take a bit for your items to cook. Parking would mainly be on the street, they had a full bar, and the restrooms were clean.

My wife and I wanted to try something new and I heard nothing but great things about this place. I cannot comment on the food or service because my wife and I walked in, sat down, and 30 seconds later we got up and walked out. We walked in just as they opened at 4:30 and the first few tables were dirty. The entire place smelled like stale piss and beer. As we got further in and it got darker and darker and the smell of sewage got stronger. We could not stand it so we left.

This place was a happy surprise.. On the outside it looks like a tired honky Toni. On the inside it looks like a honky tonk lol. BUT the menu included some of my favorite Italian dishes. We were there for a birthday party and we had about 20 people. Cathy was our tireless waitress and she served us by herself. The food was rich and the portions generous…

Comeback in is a friendly home style Italian place. The food is very good for the price. Wood paneling reminds me of Grandma's house and so does the full bar. Everything is good even the chicken tenders for the picky eaters. Highly recommend, underrated

Our servers were sweet and attentive, and our appetizers tasted pretty good. However, my chicken parmesean was not good, the pasta I ordered with it was dry and cost extra for some reason, and we were sat right where the AC is its strongest causing us to freeze before our food came. I witnessed several people leave and go get jackets / sweatshirts due to the AC. My wife's amatraciana looked and tasted like the cook just dumped some wine into it without cooking it down. The staff was accommodating about replacing it, but for my pregnant wife, it was too little too late. It's safe to say we won't be coming back here.

We passed by several times but never stopped. We come to visit family and decided to stop for supper tonight! It was awesome!!! Bring a sweater. It gets a little chilly! Great experience?

This is a terrific neighborhood restaurant. The food is exactly what I expect from comfort food Italian style. The portions are hefty and the prices are reasonable. We will be back.

Love this place! Delicious Italian food, personal and relaxed atmosphere with a welcoming vibe. Low key dining, full bar and friendly staff make this little place worthy of it's name. I look forward to going back soon.

Today I came here after my daughter has been begging for weeks to come back here . Came in got seated in place I didn't like and Asked to be moved. Thinking I was overlooked I left . Truth was I was super sensitive and that was not the case at all . The staff here is excellent, friendly, relatable, and down right Great !!!! The owner talked with me and made me feel welcomed. Just want to say Thank you for being Great !!! Oh Yeah and the Food is Awesome!!! They take their time to deliver you the Best!

The atmosphere is cute and people were nice. Other than that, I wouldn't return. The food was bland and pricey for the little you get. We waited about an hour and a half for our food and wasn't checked on. It took about 30 minutes to get our bill after asking for it. Overall, not a great experience.

I can normally tell you I think so highly of this place. Any other night I'd give it a 5 star. I even recommend people to this place. Tonight though, we went with our two friends that also eat here regularly. We were extremely disappointed. When we ordered, two of us ordered extra breadsticks (which we would be willing to pay for) did not get them with our meal. We also normally get a much larger portion than we did tonight. To say I finished my bowl of food has never ever been a thing here. It was the smallest bowl of food I've ever paid $14.50 at come back inn. When the checks came around we asked to not be charged for the extra breadsticks. She told us that they don't cost anything anyways. That's the service we received tonight instead of checking in and making sure we had everything we needed. That's a kind of service I've never had here. I'd say we are going to start looking elsewhere for Italian, and I want to end with I never thought I would write this kind of post about Come Back Inn.
