This was a night mare. Went in to order and no one was working. Had to call out several times to get someone to wait on us. Took ten minutes to get two chilli dogs. No one else was in the store. Got the order and the store had no trays to put your food on and no napkins. The store had zero napkins. It needs to close up if they cannot do any better than this

Chicken was good, fries were cold and hard, didn't the the extra gravy cup ordered, and the lady at the window said, "the extra gravy is in one of the boxes". The wait was very long. Never have this issue at Goldsmith Lane location, will only go there in the future.

Stopped in for a shake which was good but the person @ the drive thru window gave me my receipt but kept my bank card and every time I've tryd calling no one will answer the phone.
Ordered a blizzard cake to pick up on Christmas Eve. When I arrived I was told they didn’t have any. When I showed my confirmation email they said it didn’t matter and that all that had were smaller cakes in a different flavor. I don’t understand the point of ordering a cake a week ahead of time if they aren’t going to fill the orders. Now I’m left scrambling to find something else.

The food was horrible ordered two blizzards and the consistency was horrible. they were icy and tasted like milk. no creamyness at all and the peppermint chocolate had so much peppermint crunch it was overwhelming. someone needs to look at the blizzard machine. service was okay.
