Just left this location these guys were so busy and there were only three of them on shift. Brayden, Gabriel and Elizabeth... And they were awesome and fast and nice! Best DQ I have been to in a long time. Clean and friendly. Thank you guys!

Worst service ever! Manager would not serve me because she just didn't want too! Horrible customer service and she took something personal and acted like a child and refused to serve me! I wonder how the owner of the store will feel about his employees refusing to make money!

Every experience is different coming to this location. Like tonight Blue raspberry freeze was made instead as blue raspberry slushy and just takes extra time to have them be remade with the ice-cream to make a freeze. The service and people working there are always nice and friendly.

On weekends, I prefer to eat in the location. However, I'm finding the lobby is rarely unlocked in the morning on weekendswhen the lobby is supposed to be open.

What a horrible customer service. After buying and paying for a strawberry Sunday I was told they have no Strawberry! No strawberry at a Ice Cream place?? Then I asked if they could give me a small amount of hot fudge and Carmel and she said they could only put one topping on it. I said I was not wanting extra, just a little of each in hopes they could make up for the strawberry. I ask for the manager and all they would do is tell us his name was Adam and no one would give me his last name. On top of all this they rang up my order wrong and left off my meal. I decided to just eat my improperly made Sunday and leave and go to Culver's who treats their customers right. I called their office and put in my complain, but you can bet I will never hear from them. They don't even read these comments on Yelp and reply with apologies.
