First time here and I had to say the food was really good. Smash Burgers slash Patty Melt was terrific. Ongion Rings were good as well. Now I did like the cheese dip for the pretzels, but the ends of the bread was a little hard, so that was a takeaway. Service was rough today, I think they had someone new and not all that ready to handle the lunch crowd.

Great local bar. Prices are competitive. The menu offers something for everyone. Our waitress was terrific. She kept our glasses filled and checked on our needs often. The owner stopped by to welcome us and discuss the bar's history and share menu recommendations.The history of Dundee and its past owners is worth a visit. I gathered with friends and family to watch the WKU guys and the Lady Cards in the NCAA tournament. The sound quality was great. At Dundee, you can actually hear the game. Sadly, both teams lost, but I had a great time. I am looking forward to our next visit. Parking is on the street on a first come, first serve basis. However, the hike is totally worth a visit to Dundee Tavern. It's a Louisville tradition!
This was our first time here and let me start off with the service was great. We were seated and our drink orders were taken as soon as we walked in the door. We ordered the green chili wontons as an appetizer and as soon as we got our appetizer we gave our food orders and literally within 7 minutes our meals were brought out to the table. I knew that was way too fast and also knew there was no way that the food was prepared correctly. The wontons are really just mini egg rolls loaded with cheese and green chilies. They were good but not cooked long enough. They were doughy and we didn't eat all of them due to that. I got a fish sandwich and fries. The fish was barely warm inside and the fries were pale looking and not cooked though. Almost like biting into a raw potato. I wasn't able to eat much of my food because of how it was cold it was. My Husband got the pastrami sandwich and cole slaw and he really didn't have much of a complaint with his food. We paid $62 for all of this because we did tip the waitress because the food preparation was not her fault. Not sure we will give it another chance or not. It was a lot of money for wasted food.

Went there after work one day . I didnt have lunch .They had a special beer and burger for $12 . I drank a beer ate half the burger and fries ordered a second beer . My stomach started flipping I had to get to the bathroom and let it go! Day 3 still sick . Don't push the beef if its going bad!

The reuben was fast, affordable, and fantastic! The Yuengling on draft couldn't have been any better. The service was great, as was the friendly atmosphere. There was no charge for the virus I'm enjoying now. You can get those anywhere for free.

This place has steadily gone downhill. Between the new owners, the service, the "management", or lack thereof, and the mediocre food... you can definitely do better. HIGHLY do not recommend.

You know, I was skeptical coming here after reading reviews but I am glad we came. My friend said they had great wings & they definitely do. Chicken wings are my go to & they are definitely up to my standard! I got the ringside flavor (it's like a dry rub with buffalo ) they were salty but so good. I'll probably get hot only next time though. Their house made ranch is good too. Service was good for us. It's a restaurant/bar so of course they can get busy. Kentucky was playing so they were fairly busy but we didn't have any issues I will definitely go back for their wings.
