Well folks, I stopped going to DD when they took the blueberry bagel off the menu. So, it's been a while! I stopped this morning for coffee (black) and a sausage, egg, cheese croissant. DD coffee had been my fav for years! We also picked up a grilled cheese, didn't know they served those. The coffee was not how I remembered and how can you mess up a grilled cheese. Probably by not grilling it! I won't even mention the croissant! Back to the place with the clown mascot!! Enjoy!

This is to the owner, the person you have working the drive-thru 12/21/23 in the AM, white woman with short grey hair, is one of the rudest people I've ever encountered. She makes you not want to go to your business. This is not a one-time event, she is consistently rude every time I go there. What a terrible way to start your morning.

For starters I did not receive all the donuts that I requested and they were substitute with donuts that I would have never ordered. 7 of the 12 donuts were hard. My sourdough bread was too hard to eat and the egg was just in the bag not even on the bread. My daughter actually cut the roof of her mouth trying to bite into it. I arrived at 1130 on the dot and neither hot chocolate appeared to have whip cream and were not hot. Maybe they sat for a while(pickup was at 1130). Overall not what I expected from Dunkin. I don't think I'll ever visit this location and maybe not even Dunkin in general if this is the standard when placing mobile orders.

I placed a mobile order at this franchise and when I arrived at the drive through, I was told that "someone would be with me in just a moment". 10 to 15 minutes pass in the drive through until I finally opt to enter the building and retrieve the items myself.I drive up and find that the location was closed, which I found surprising because it was 7:55 p.m. and the store hours said they would be open until 9:00 p.m.I choose to believe that the message I heard in the drive through was an automated recording because the alternatives make no sense.

Always good sometimes stale doughnuts but the only thing bad is the DoorDash it's so always gets orders wrong I don't know it's the store or the dasher.

This is a small matcha drink. What is up with all this foam?? Whenever I get it somewhere else, I don't have that problem. They don't put foam in it. And as you can see, it makes it half of a small. I didn't took a sip when I took the picture.... It's tasteless too. Every single time!!!! Y'all need to change the method of how you make this drink. Other Dunkins don't make it this way.
Don't go to this location unless you want a 3/4 full drink. They don't fill the drinks all the way up. If I'm paying $5.08 for a medium iced latte, I want my drink filled to the top. This is what they handed me on 9-6-23 at 10:44 am (they were not busy).

I ordered the new pumpkin munchkins ,they were absolutely delicious and she gave me 5 instead of 3. I've read alot of read a lot of reviews of the lady working being rude. Maybe I just had a different person but she was very kind to me.

Been going to this location about once to twice a month for awhile. Today, I noticed when I got home the long John's I purchased are about 1/3 shorter in length, but at same price. Where is the rest of the donut?
