This is inside a college building, so while everyone was nice and the food was great, it's not a good stop while you are traveling. Like a typical college campus, there is no legal parking close by.

Didn't know this was located in a university, Bellarmine, til I turned in and got there. As a result they don't have as many options as a normal Einstein bagels. It is open later than other bagel places in town though, which is why I went there. I got 6 and they didn't stay fresh as long as usual but it's oh well. Next time I'll try Brueggars bagels since they close just an hour earlier

Reasonably priced and yummy food made fast. The variety is so good. If Panera had a child with Starbucks.

While many people go for their fresh baked bagels in the morning while on campus, they also have a grab and go refrigerator with sandwiches, salads, fruit, yogurt, and drinks. I'm normally a fan of a chef salad so I decided to try it outThis salad was definitely loaded up, but the quality of the ingredients was low. Seemes liked it had definitely been mass produced instead of freshly made. Stick to the bagels for sure.

Freaking great bagels. It doesn't take a genius like Einstein to figure that out.
