We frequent various locations and have always had outstanding service however today at the Holiday Manor location we felt not only ignored but honestly disrespected. The first server had an aloof attitude from the beginning and after waiting almost 30 minutes for drinks (without even taking our food order) we requested a different server. Once the new server came he had a much friendlier demeanor so we thought the rest of our meal would go on without a hitch. However shortly after, our original server and our current server would stand around the host bar laughing and giggling while very blatantly staring at our table. Although I understand we could be misconstruing the situation and they could have been talking about something completely unrelated, as customers we felt openly mocked. This was supposed to be a casual brunch for my birthday and it turned out to be my worst experience with the chain and we will definitely not be returning to this particular location.

I enjoy the food here but I tried the Classic Eggs Benedict which is why the lower food rating. The hollandaise sauce used was tasteless and bland and I know the menu said ham and not Canadian bacon so to me that is not "Classic."The service was very good but I will not order the Eggs Benedict again since other items are definitely better.

I ordered a takeout order of avocado toast. The presentation was nice, but unfortunately there was way too much salt on the dish. I managed to eat it, but it wasn't enjoyable at all.The hostess was super polite and nice, but I was told to wait for my order and it would be brought to me. After waiting several minutes I asked again, and it turns out it was in the Uber Eats area. Not a big deal, but a little annoying for me since I was in a hurry.
Good food, and good service, and always noisy because it is packed with customers. Most of the FirstWatch I have been to have this characteristic.

Wylie was amazing! I have a dairy allergy and she was wonderful. She caught an issue with my sandwich before I took a bite and kept me from having a bad reaction, and quickly got it straightened out, Thank you!Dietary restrictions: They are great about working with my allergies so that I can have a safe and awesome meal!

We just had a terrible experience here. The server ignored us for 20 minutes after we ordered, and when we asked for our server she still didn’t stop by for 10 more minutes. When our food finally came it was disgusting. They put blackened avocado on both of our dishes. When we asked for a manager she was really rude as well. She said she would comp our checks but then they only gave us 20% off? The whole experience was just awful which is so disappointing bc I usually love this place. Won’t be eating here again.

80% of the time I have carry out or DoorDash from this location they forget to include the toast that comes with the meal. I am over it. Officially never going back here. This has happened at least a dozen times with my orders over the past year. Negligent, bad service, and a waste of money. Thumbs down!
