This is a very pretty coffee shop. Beautiful lighting, plenty of seating. The place is packed, but the service was fast and efficient. I ordered my latte, good temperature, the coffee was mild, balanced, and went down very easy. Very happy with the place and plan to visit daily while I stay at the hotel.

Heine brother coffee is nice place to hang out . Also if you are searching for some delicious coffee options other than Starbucks , this is the place . They have good combination and nice optionsStaff are courteous and very fast is taking order and delivery .

Coffee was really good but they were out of creamer. Only option was Milk. Hard to drink coffee without creamer which is why 3 stars instead of 5.

My two favorite drinks are the Black Tea Latter with a tiny bit of vanilla, and the Turmeric Latte with cinnamon powder. Heine brothers makes them the best and I am so glad to have found this location tucked away inside the Falls City Market of the Omni. My only gripe is that you cannot order ahead and you cannot use the Heine Bros app for points. I guess thats a good thing because that bacon cheddar scone they sell is fire and I am fat enough, I dont need to get addicted to those, haha

Valley Station location is not up to Heine standards. I have ordered multiple flavors of hot and cold coffee and they all taste same. I spoke with mgmnt and re-tried again. Peppermint should taste, bit it does not have any. the coffee is always lukewarm, batista is not friendly. I'll be going to Scooters or Starbucks or Stomping Grounds from now on. I do not recommend this location.
Wd had a coupon for buy one get one free coffee drink.. when we presented it we were told that the Omni location Heine brothers is a franchise and would not accept any coupons, , even though coupon said good at all Louisville locations.. not a big deal but the girl at the counter was not particularly friendly, she did however steer us toward the Heine Brothers a block over on 4th street where we went and had a great experience, see that review. It is a nice setting but you have to pay to park either on the street or in garage.

We were cold and wanted some hot chocolate. It was ok. When I asked about the bathroom the girl lied and said their restroom and the one downstairs were "both closed for cleaning". I thought that was a weird comment. A few minutes later I saw a woman walk in the restroom with no issue. I walked to the door and there are combination locks on them. Apparently you have to know someone to be allowed to get in to the bathroom. Not cool for a paying customer to be lied to. Will never trust a business that does that casually.

Great service. This morning was crazy because of the convention and the amount of people here in the hotel however Aleasha handle it the very best that can be done. She was warm friendly and took very good care of me and my drink.

This chain looks to be the local chain in town. Raspberry white mocha iced with skim milk and whip cream (priorities) was so good. Drink menu isn't huge but nice breakfast treat offerings too.
