03/24/2024: We were a group of 4 people. STAFF DID NOT GREET US AND SOME EVEN HAD A FROWNED FACE THE WHOLE TIME. There was zero communication. And from one of our order, afghan paneer bhurji, had a HAIR in it that we noticed while we were serving ourselves. MAJOR FOOD SAFETY AND SERVICE ALERT! CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE AND PLEASE CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE EATING! We had complained to 2 workers there about this issue and they did NOTHING about it.The only good part was Mysore Chatpata Dosa.

Was good nothing great. We had madras chicken I rate that 4/5 . Chetinnad Dosa was great 5/5 mixed all vegetable in generous quantity .Spicy nan was great 5/5.Forget to mention madras chicken curry was authentic taste and boneless .Ordered to go dry chilli chicken was super hot and tasty 5/5We tried pan $3 waste don’t even try not big size nor good sweet masala inside.

Sankalp offers a fantastic variety of Indian food in Louisville. The flavors are amazing and everything is cooked perfectly. The staff is super friendly and helpful too. Definitely recommend checking it out!

We have tried almost all vegetarian dishes and loved their taste.Personal recommendations would be: Chole bhature, sandwich, dosas, chaats, hyderabad biryani, noodles and Manchurian.

If you want to enjoy food poisoning please visit. Tastey but pathetic food. I had chole bhatura, samosa Chaat & pizza on Feb 14 and whole family of 3 peoples were down with food poisoning, vomiting and fever last 3 days. Avoid poison, please don't visit .
