Love coming here & sitting at Julia’s bar, she has a great attitude & always gives the best service making sure all her guest have a great time! Came up here a few days ago & it was Catherine working, unfortunately I was greeted with a bad attitude & slow service. Would give 5 stars if that wasn’t the case.

Always a good time. Friendly bar tenders for the most part. Good chicken. Beer tastes like sanitizer.... sometimes...so drink the cheap stuff!Julia is the BEST bartender this place has!

Went in here to watch NFL playoffs. Saw their ad on Facebook promoting the games there. We got there before the game started and ordered our food. At halftime of the NFL game we asked what is going on with our food. Our waitress seemed to also be the hostess. We rarely even saw her. Seemed to be just standing st the hostess stand. The waitress came back and said we accidentally put your order behind two others and it will be twenty more minutes. We told them no Thanks. Not going to wait an additional twenty minutes on top of the hour and a half we had already sat there.This location has gone downhill big time this used to be the place to go and sadly it seems they aren't near prepared these days. Since when is a sports themed restaurant / bar not ready for the demand of NFL playoff games that they promote and advertise all the time?Pathetic

Well Not very impressed this this place. It’s Dec 30 about 9. It’s kinda steady but not cray here. The atmosphere is nice but the service wasn’t great at all. Our server hardly came to the table. Had to ask a different server for the manager because the Strawberry daiquiri was horrible. Never had so much alcohol sitting on the top of it so they remade it, and it was much better. As for the wings, I think they took baby chickens, instead of full grown chickens for the size of the wings here. There was not much meat on any of them. my wife had barbecue and a lot of them. We’re not very good. I had the Texas barbecue and they were OK with flavor but not what I was expecting. We had to ask for another round of drinks when my glass at empty. So unfortunately, our server Kristen was not very on top of things. She was busy at the host table and just wandering. We did notice one server here who was really busting her butt we want to give her props for all her hard work that we noticed it and her name is Azlyn. She even stopped at our table and talked to us quite a few times just checking on us to make sure things were OK. I’m guessing she realized our server wasn’t doing her job. Hopefully the management can coach and teach their staff because this was definitely a very poor experience for us, whenever we get a chance to stop at a Hooters, we’re always there. We’ve been to Richmond. We’ve been to Toledo down in South Carolina all over in. Unfortunately this was the worst experience we had other than the server that wasn’t ours.

By 10 wings get 10 wings it's the only reason I went. Prices are just too high without some sort of a deal. The wings are always good though. The service was great too.

Make the drive to the original in this area and bypass Clarksville and Jeffersonville Hooters. They don't hold a candle to Dupont in any way. Service was great and fast, food came out fast and was delicious. Manager checked up and made sure everything was good. Highly recommend over other area Hooters.
The servers are stupid here, they stand around with their backs to their tables. Never check back and you have to hunt them down! If you are going to stand around at the hostess station that stand facing looking every few minutes! The management is clueless too. If it were my business i would fire management and retrain servers!! The service here sucks! Never again!

I’ve been going to this hooters for years now even so much as a weekly basis after work. I’ve never had any problems and I’ve had nothing bad to say about this place until now… I was in there last week on my lunch break With my coworker, We left Az saw a friend of mine who is having a baby, so I walked over with him and sat and talked to him for a moment. I was asked by the manager for “not paying my bill earlier” I’ve never not paid a tab and to say I didn’t pay and I’m not allowed there is crazy. My tab was $68 and some change. I paid $80 and they’re saying that I did not pay. Also, my coworker was sitting right there and watched me pay the bill and leave the cash on the table. So I would not recommend anybody to go here because somebody clearly took the money and didn’t tell them, they didn’t count it correctly, or someone walking by took it but something is not right and I will not be returning there to this trifling establishment.

Racial discrimination / targeting . Shelby the trainer who is the bartender who was mad bc I didn't tip her due to me buying someone else a drink and them tipping her so she tells Everyone I harassed people at the bar and that I can't sit there or get alcohol bc alcohol was poured in a plastic cup that I have no recognition about and when asked to see higher management they left me with josh who literally said and did nothing . Looked like he was on drugs !!! They both were inappropriate, loud , obnoxious, rude , and not professional. I will be calling corporate because unlike you I have things to lose.
