I usually love jaggers. We went tonight to celebrate a large milestone in my child's life. He loves jaggers tater tots so we ordered extra. When we got home there were no tater tots in the bag and his night was ruined. I had to spend the rest of the night explaining to him why there were no tater tots amidst the screams of anger. Not only did jaggers ruin his night, but they ruined mine as well.

I only gave atmosphere a 3 star bc I used the drive-thru....but OMG!!! the brownie shake 1000/10 recommend and the burger was the same! And not too outrageous on price either.....♾️/10 would recommend daily!!
Burger and Fries joint. Higher quality than fast your everyday fast food gurus. Burgers come with double patties. Fries are very good. Burgers are good but lack a little flavor. Maybe need more seasoning or sauce…idk. Was full, so didn’t get to try the shakes! But they look marvelous. Next time…

I ordered a regular chicken sandwich, the California grilled chicken sandwich, tater tots, fries, lemonade and a banana split shake. My only complaint is that I barely had any fries.
First time I have ever given Jaggers a low rating. However, I ordered 2 kids chicken meals with lemonade with no ice, then a regular burger meal with no ice. All had ice. So I asked them to give me no ice. They seemed really disgusted. When I got home I tasted one of the kids pieces of chicken before giving it to him. Boy was I glad I did. It was hot to taste. No way could I give him that. Same with the other kids' meal. I've ordered this before and the kids'meal don't have the spicy/hot flavoring. Anyway I was truly disappointed. If I go back I'll make sure to ask if that's spicy. Honestly, I don't think I'll go back though ?
