Absolutely fantastic food. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The politeness of the staff was great, even considering this is a higher-end restaurant. We were looking for a nice place to eat in Louisville and had initially looked at other options, though they weren't available. I would highly suggest Jeff Ruby's as a place to consider when in Louisville.

Everything about our dinner was fantastic. The service, the food, the atmosphere, the drinks! What I will say my Mom ordered one crab leg, not the entire claw, one crab leg as an appetizer and it was $93.00. It's our fault for not asking what the market price was!

My man and I celebrated our anniversary here lastnight and it was absolutely amazing! Our server was Hannah and she was excellent! Jeff Rubys is definitely our favorite place to go. They even gave us a delicious dessert for our special occasion. 10/10 Food. 10/10 Drinks. 10/10 Service. :)
While the food might be exceptional…. Hospitality goes a long way. The hostess was exceptionally rude. More so the tone that was used! She made sure to let us know that reservations were required so the bar would be the only place that could help us. Clearly, we knew this going into the restaurant. Even though there were bar seats available we ended up going else where…. Greeting people the proper way can be more beneficial than you think!
