Pizza was ordered an hour and a half ago and it has still not arrived. I called once and they said it should arrive shortly. I called again and they said the driver left 50 minutes ago and maybe he was doing a triple delivery. Several times when I tried to call, I was hung up on. They did not seem to have any way of contacting the driver. They said they "really did not know what happened."I understand being short staffed, but they at least need to have way of communicating with their drivers. Quite disappointing.

Stopped at 8:25 pm to order takeout. Lights on, door open, open sign flashing. Guy came to counter saying they are closed due to short staff and already shut everything down. Seems they just didn't want to work. Absolutely ridiculous.

Guy who took order said special was $15For large 3 toppings. Then he said order would have $2.50 discount, but be $25 total!! It took over an hour to get pizza, and they were less than a mile away.Won't order here again!! He couldn't explain why order was $10 more than special deal.

Who cuts a thin crust pizza in slices Jets does (smh) The crust was way too soft the one topping I had kept sliding off with all the grease never going back
Smh got the wrong order!!! Wrong pizza and no drink,didn't realize I didn't get my drink until I looked at the pizza and it was wrong. NOT GOOD AT ALL!! #firtstime #Lasttime

Ordered pizza over the phone and the pizza arrived home after exact two hoursCalled them twice and the front desk said they couldn’t do anything .. they didn’t even have the cell number of driver to call and check where he wasExtremely horrible service and I will never order from this location again

Jets is my goto pizza spot, however this location is the worst. From reusing dirty pans(pizza should not have cinnamon sugar on the crust) to employees with bad attitudes. Get your jets pizza elsewhere.
