Kudos to the employees here!! The girl that appeared to be a manager was very informative of the questions I asked about other stores because the ones in my area have closed and she was really sweet!! The 2 young fellas making my sandwich was nice too!! I will drive across town again to location for sure!! Oh and my Gargantuan sandwich was awesome! I have so missed that since I worked at korrect and we ordered all the time for lunch! Thank u guys so much!! Great job ? ?

I would love to rate the sandwiches, but it’s been over an hour since we placed the order and were told twice, “the driver is out with a bunch of orders, so it’s gonna take a minute.” If the store is overwhelmed, just stop accepting orders. Or call and communicate what’s going on. Over an hour for a sandwich that’s less than a mile up the road is ridiculous.

Honestly this place made me stop eating at Jimmy Johns altogether. This location absolutely SUCKS!! Doesn't matter if you pick up your food or get it delivered - they will mess it up every time. I guess I don't understand what's so hard about reading a ticket and making a sandwich correctly. Thanks for nothing! Also...fuck Jimmy John himself, he hunts endangered animals
Wish I could leave 0 stars. They messed up my entire order which happens at least twice a week. I called back to get my order fixed and the manager said she'd get me a new sandwich sent out and give me a refund. I'm waiting an hour goes by and still no sandwich so I call back and the first guy I speak to says the manager isn't there, the second person I speak to says the manager decided I was rude on the phone and wasn't going to send me a replacement sandwich. I asked to speak the manager again and she said the manager doesn't want to speak to me. I asked for her name and was put on hold for a few minutes before I was finally told her name was Olivia. She was so rude I'm not even sure how they let her be a manager. You don't get to decide you don't want to speak to a customer.
