I would Give 5 stars cause food is great but the website is always down and that woman Who Sounded like a 15 year old girl should not be answering the phone. she does not know how to talk a customer she acts like she does not want to take the order. she talso alks like she doesn't want to talk to you it's very frustrating it's sad when you call some place to take an order and you have to drag any information out of them like it is a burden on them. She then took my CC info then I asked her to make sure they come to the back door. She mumbled ( again) and then hung up.

HORRIBLE! They messed up my husband’s sandwich, not once, not twice, not three, but FOUR TIMES. We finally gave up and could not enjoy our meal. We’re new parents and this was our only date night we’ve had for a while and you’ve ruined it. Not only could they not make the sandwich correctly, they were beyond rude and disrespectful, because we didn't have a physical receipt, however, it’s was a MOBILE order and we were never given one. At this moment, I will NEVER go to a jimmy johns again. It was absolutely horrible.

1-23-2023 Update so this is new opening, they're been opened a month or so, last location closed down completely, signs and all were gone. (See in Google street view Nov 2022). But they continued on google as the same company. With that said, they seem to be taking the same stances.. Make a sandwich thats roughly what was asked for. Do they even read the receipts in front of them? CUT IN HALF happens 1/10 times. Asks for grey poupon... doesn't put it on the sandwich. Checks box in app Add Napkins... no Napkins. They were seemingly Nice in person, but evidently do not pay attention.(2015)same as the rest, Horrible delivery range. they will deliver to my work(10 min From the location), but not to my home(7 min from the location). Not to mention that the eat-in experience is great as long as you like eating into a wind-Tunnel. the vent system in the restaurant is terrible for the location size-sit at one of the booths and prepare to grab hold of any napkins, bag of chips or sandwich wrapper, if not they'll be on the floor in seconds

THIS LOCATION IS NEVER BLOODY OPEN! When I DO manage to find it open, the food is fine. But it's never open. Which is SUPER frustrating. I wish there was another one in the area.

We're relatively new to Kentucky still and have never had jimmy John's so we decided to try it tonight, when using the drive thru, I explain we never had it before so to bare with me while I figured out how to order. Asking questions seemed a pain and hassle for the employees but they still answered all the questions and helped. Food was good but I don't know if it was the time of day I went or what but the bread for all 3 sandwiches were hard, almost not edible. Everything else was fine.

Ordered on line, a JJ Sub, food cold, fresh, packed very well. JJ Sub was delicious! Ready for pick up as promised. Ordered extra condiments which I got also.... Thank you!!!!
