Ghetto trash of a restaurant. Waited over 20 minutes for old nuggets. They can't count, was shorted 4 pieces, no sauce. Got home and there was NO side!! Ordered at the kiosk and had receipt texted to phone. Unreal!!

Stood at counter for 35 minutes in very non busy restaurant. No one greeted me. The funny thing is, I was there for a pickup order that was placed online. I received confirmation that the order was ready for pickup before I walked into the restaurant. It was literally just a chicken sandwich. This is insane. There should be no reason 4 people in the kitchen shouldn't be able to knock this out without an issues. The Colonel is rolling over in his grave right now. Do not go there. Restaurants are suppose to save time and be convenient. This restaurant wasted almost half an hour of my time for no reason. Horrible food but at least I know what stock to short now. Lol

don’t come to this kfc, ive waited 3 times now at the drive thru for 10 plus mins to get no response around 7pm after i get off work, only 3 workers, one of which was on their phone. the service was awful… i was told to order on a machine that they had, they had two but only one worked and someone was in front of me, and they still wouldn’t take my order. I just decided to download the app and order and had to wait 10 minutes for my food. no greeting, no thank you, no help. this will be the last time i come to this kfc.

If I could put a zero star I definitely would. I have never wrote a review and only doing so to let others be warned. I own a business close by so I do come about once or twice a week on my lunch break, but I will not be returning. They charged me two dollars(Which isn’t a lot but it’s just the point) for One ranch and one hot sauce pack and I ordered two chicken Littles, and One chicken breast. I watched the guy use his phone calculator to add in the two dollars for my sauces and put the Cash for my sauce in his pocket… This was not the first time this has happened here and it is the same guy who is doing it. Not to mention how rude they all are… All I can say is stay away and choose another place To actually enjoy your lunch. Smh

Arrived at the drive thru at 9:41pm to hear a closed voice message that clearly says the business hours are 9am-10pm. I shouldv checked the reviews before wasting time.

Put in a mobile order and it went through took my money and everything and then got to the KFC to pick it up and they said they were closed and had no food so the lady threw a sandwich in a bag not what I ordered at all and gave it to me didn’t even get a drink or a side pretty upset that I didn’t get what I paid for and I also didn’t get my money back Place is horrible recommended not to go to.
