Kudos to Kroger Middletown! Very busy but every check out lane open and shelves stocked. Special shout out to Jamie in the deli. Opened early and helped me figure out how to get what I needed.

I'm back today and it took ten minutes for any one on staff to help me. Instead they talked amongst themselves! The person I wrote up yesterday had pharmacist wait on me?! I now know I won't be coming back! I'm going to call all our doctors to change to Walmart. Only two people left in Kroger pharmacy Middletown that are efficient and polite...Josiah and Jason.

Stopped in Kroger to grab a few things and as I passed the deli I saw a sign, $5 meal deal I selected the option of 2 pieces of chicken, 2 sides and a dinner roll. The chicken was great, fresh and tasty, I had wedges x2 They were fresh and crispy! The dinner roll was just average This was a great place to grab some lunch! I'll be back!

Just not right the drinking fountains by the pharmacy are still turned off. Also your self check out scanners are the worst in town. They look up a lot. I do like your location.

I love this Kroger. The people at the Deli and seafood/meat counter are by far the friendliest Kroger employees I have ever met. I think his name is George and one is Adam. Even the ones who stick up the aisles will physically walk you somewhere I'd you need help finding something. We have had a great experience with curbside pickup as well- always prompt.

This Kroger is terrible at customer service. I waited and waited in line and then the customer service manager came over and shut off the girls lane while I was next in line. Told me I had to go to another register which would mean going to the end of another long line. She then said she’d check me out at the self register but then wouldn’t bag the items for me.

I have always loved Kroger nationwide and can typically rely on the store for just about anything. Today I thought I'd use their pick up feature for curbside groceries. I ordered my groceries a week in advance to avoid a wait time. Now, I'm sitting around back watching car after car pull off with their groceries moments after parking. I have called to "check in" 3 times and the employee told me moments ago that they didn't have me on file. I know it's Covid, and many are using this service... But please don't offer this service if it can't be fulfilled.
