Not the best version of chicago style dogs and beef, don't get a good portion size and it's kinda expensive.

Had a great meal. Service was awesome. Had the Clark St. Hot dog, Wabash Chili dog, 3" Italian beef, fries, and a double burger with cheese. All were delicious, our son especially liked the fries. A lot of Chicago sports posters and items added to the Chicago feel.

Not a great experience. I used to live in Chicago and the Italian beef is no where near the level of Portillos Italian beef. The bread was really chewy and they used canned cheese. Coleslaw is really sour. Almost $20 for 6in sandwich, condiment size cup of coleslaw, and a couple onion rings. Taste of something but not Chicago.

First time food was awesome the next few didn't seem fresh told my self I wasn't going back decided to give them one more chance I got a left over sausage that was burnt on one end and not fully heated up for $9 horrible ?

Hands-down the best authentic “Chicago-style” dog in Louisville. Nothing fancy, just friendly folks serving some delicious dogs. The Clark Street is amazing and is my personal favorite. It can get crowded extremely fast in here, and parking is abysmal, but it’s worth it.

I ate there this afternoon for lunch for the first time. The food was so delicious and staff was very friendly! There's only a few places around town that prepare Italian beef sandwiches and I can honestly say Lonnie's is by for the best tasting. I will definitely be back as a regular!
