Waited over an hour for lukewarm food. Grilled cheese wasn't even melted in the middle.

Made reservations on line yesterday afternoon at 2PM for 6 people at 5:30. Showed up at 5:25 only to be told the entire restaurant was closed for a private party. A sign was placed outside at 5:30 saying they were closed. A little notification would have been nice. Why take a reservation if they knew they would be closed. They had my email address. Not happy. Poor management.

Ok the first time we went, it was the best burger I've had. Insanely flavorful. So we went back. Mistake. We got our appetizers before our drinks. It took them 30 mins to even take our order and it wasn't even good. So we tried AGAIN. (I really wanted that first burger) again it was TERRIBLE. Whoever the first chef was needs to move onto somewhere great because that burger was outstanding. They don't deserve to stay there. Super inconsistent food. You'll be waiting 40 mins to have your order taken.

Moya's is a beautiful restaurant with a fun atmosphere. The new additions to the menu like the Creamy Spinach Dip with House Chips and the Ky Hot Brown are some of my favorites! The bar and bourbon list are extensive and the bartenders are so friendly and helpful when choosing the bourbon for my Old Fashioned. I am pleasantly surprised to know the restaurant does catering and private events upstairs. The pool tables make it a great spot for our upcoming company Christmas party! Super excited!

So we came here several years ago and the service was bad and we haven't been back till tonight. Well we won't be back for several years again. The service was so bad that it made our previous experience good. Wow it is such a shame cause the food while not great, was good.

Our group showed up at noon on Saturday, after a local event. 30 hungry adults and no reservations. The staff here were wonderful. We ordered off the menu - all over that menu: appetizers; lunch specials; entrees; salads; desserts; everything. “John” was a superhero. He kept the food coming and the glasses filled. Their food isn’t fancy gourmet. It’s more like fancy comfort food. Lots of lunch sandwiches that include meatloaf, burgers and chicken. Moya’s is located just off Hurstbourne Lane at the Plainview subdivision. They opened a few years ago and adapted as Covid devastated the restaurants in the area. They added an outdoor patio for eating and have live music some nights. There’s ample parking. The restaurant and its restrooms were clean and neat. I’m going to try them at night next.

All of the staff was so kind and attentive. However, the food was closer to cafeteria food. Everything felt as if it was "out of a can" and similar to frozen food. The décor was strange and non consistent. When you walk in you're greeted with large doors and a staircase. However, if you look to your left -- there is a random claw machine. They also had a loud doorbell sound every time you walked in. This was to notify the staff that new customers were coming in. Very distracting and loud when you're eating dinner and reminded me of when you would walk into a shopping store -- not a restaurant. Overall, very weird experience. I would not return, but again, the staff was so sweet!

Food is over the top fabulous. The haystack with burnon sauce is amazing... Kentucky chicken sandwich had a sauce that was to die for. My daughter said the burger was one of the best she ever had. And... the service was so friendly. Waitress was fast and super nice! I visited as an out of town guest and would recommend this restaurant 100%... you can tell that anything you order will be good. There is an outside deck that looked fun but it was raining , so we sat inside. It was a nice dinningroom. Super comfy.

We found out that our friends were playing at Moya's Restaurant on Linn Station Rd in the PlainView community of Louisville so we went early and sampled the cuisine. This spacious establishment features beautiful wood decor with an upper and lower dining area. There is an inside area for recreation (billiards, darts, card playing) in addition to a large outdoor area next to a lake for music and dining. I had the blackened catfish and it was seared to perfection. The entree prices at Moya's were extremely reasonable. We will be going back in June to see our friends (Them Calloway's) perform outdoors; hopefully this time weather permits.

My husband and I have been wanting to try Moya's for some time and finally made it there this week when good friends were providing live music. The restaurant is located off Linn Station Road in the Plainview/Hurstbourne area. The interior is spacious and has a beautiful entryway with stairs leading up to aroom for special events. On the main floor to the left is a room with pool tables and to the right is the restaurant. The two areas are separated by a large bar. We were promptly greeted by a hostess and seated in a section where we could easily see and hear the live music. There is something on the menu to suit almost any taste. I opted for a half-portion chef salad and my husband opted for grilled catfish. My salad was the perfect size and had plenty of ingredients. I did notice the smell of the chemical preservative of bagged salad on the greenw/carrot portion. The eggs and lunch meats were definitely fresh. The ranch dressing tasted off to me and in the future I would take my own dressing. The highlight of the meal was my husband's catfish! It was cooked to perfection and was delicious. The prices are very reasonable and some of the best that we have experienced. Our server was attentive despite being very busy. All the servers and staff were very friendly, smiling and speaking even if not servicing our table. There is a beautiful outdoor, covered patio that sits beside a lake (the sunset over the lake was beautiful during our visit!) and typically has live music. I can't wait to go back when the weather is warmer and dine on the patio! I understand that The restrooms were clean and well-stocked, and parking is private and plentiful. We are stoked to find this gem that is close to our home!

Yummy little dinner // lunch spot tucked away off Lynn station. My husband and I wanted something new so we popped into this place. It's got a hole in the wall feel while still having space and looking fairly modern. The food wasn't anything to brag about but it was definitely good for price. Everything was tasty and fairly cheap which is always a plus. They did have live music when we visited, so that was fun. We had a great waiter who answered all of our questions and kept us laughing during our visit. Would definitely return to try other menu items.

We stopped in for some dinner, and we're glad we did. I had the bourbon bacon BBQ chicken pizza, and it was good. The wife had the chicken and dumplings, and she liked it, while our friend had a burger with tots, and she liked that too. Our only complaint would be that while it was slow this afternoon, our waiter could've been by more to check on us. A little off the beaten path (from Hurstbourne Pkwy), but it's worth the visit.

Pretzel bites are delicious however that is where the positives end. The waiter held every glass at the top putting his fingers right where the customer has to drink from (yuck!!) the glasses were dirty, the tomato bisque was absent of any flavor and the alcoholic drinks were watered down.
