Let me preface this review by saying that I only had takeout, as the inside is not open. I was in the area dropping a family member off for work, and ironically I had just seen a news article about this place reopening in a new location. I had made a mental note to try it as I love to support local women owned businesses. Once I realized that it was on my path home, I decided to stop by. A walk-up window was open with a young lady taking orders. No greeting, no smile, no explanation of how the ordering works. There was just a sign that listed food items with no mention of pricing. I asked if all items were a la carte, and she responded that it's 1 meat and 2 sides. I proceeded to order 4 meals to give my family a variety of options that we could share. The total bill was $100 even. Seemed steep for takeout food, but I don't mind if the food lives up to the price point. I was handed a food beeper, and I waited for another young man to process the payment on his phone. We waited for about 20 minutes before the beeper went off. The food was well packaged in Styrofoam boxes with aluminum foil to keep items separate, hot, and dry.- 1st meal: Ribs, greens, Mac and cheese, missing cornbread. Suggest quality assurance check on food before leaving, as we didn't notice until we got home.- 2nd meal: Catfish, sweet potatoes, green beans, cornbread. All were piping hot and delicious.- 3rd meal: Salmon croquettes, Mac and cheese, sweet potatoes, and cornbread. All were well seasoned and piping hot.- 4th meal: Ribs, cabbage, Mac and cheese, cornbread. Ribs were tender and the sauce was delicious.I'll likely visit again once the inside is open, but won't do takeout again. At this price point, a little bit of service industry training for the staff (service with a greeting and smile) goes a long way with gaining loyal/repeat customers who appreciate both the delicious food and friendly customer service.I'll update my review once the inside is open.Parking: Parking is limited. This may be an issue in the future as I hear that they are offering event venue space. Existing parking is limited.

I will NEVER order from them again! Horrible Customer Service. Ripped off! Don't waste your time and money. Go some place else. I was scheduled to pick up my order of 100 pieces of whole chicken at 2 pm as I had guess arriving at my home at 3 pm. When I arrived at 2 pm, my order was not ready and I was told to return at 3 pm. I had to call as many guess I could and ask them to arrive at 4 pm. I found this embarrassing even though it was no fault of my own. I know things happen but I made an unnecessary trip and should have been given a courtesy call informing me the order was not ready. I don't live near in the area and had to go back home to make sure the guess I wasn't able to reach didn't show up. I returned after 3 pm (around 3:10) to give them enough time to complete the order. Once again, the order was not ready and was told they needed 5 more minutes. Finally, near 3:25 pm my order was ready. I was charged $175 for 100 whole pieces of chicken and was in disbelief that 99.999% of the order was wings. There was NO breast and maybe on 1 or 2 legs and maybe 1 thigh. and the chicken didn't even taste that good. I emailed them through the survey and NEVER heard back. I try to patronize black owned businesses which is why I ordered from their establishment. Not only did I receive poor customer service, I felt ripped off.

Me and my boyfriend and my son Went on Mother’s Day in felt it was over priced $30.99 food was old they was out of almost of the food so had to wait about 15 mins for chicken Mac , green beans , corn bread ,really everything , the other stuff was old looking , the meatloaf was dry in gross , Mac n cheese finally came out it was more cheese then noodles my son called it macaroni soup the best thing was the chicken which I got 2 piece of cause the party that had already been there got in line in took most of it so Chicken was out again with another 25 min wait so I ate 2 pieces of chicken and a piece of cookie cake for 30.99 !!! I had to keep asking are y’all making more or ??? Then I asked the guy for more cups cause they was out of that to , I watched him walk in and out passed the cup 3 times he kept saying one sec so I kindly tap on the gods pointed to the cups to another guy who stop what he was doing cutting cakes to bring me some , Like I’m so disappointed Idk if they had different cooks or what but this was my second in last time I was not pleased at all ! Waste of money had to leave in go get some food ?

I told a friend about Lecretia's on Sunday the 6th of March. She was very excited to try it, as i had really bragged about how good the food was! Another friend who i had introduced to the restaurant about a month orso ago also wanted to go back! So the three of us went and excited that there were only about three people waiting to get their food when we got there! One of my friends said that we got there in the nic of time, because after we placed our order the people flooded in! Now what was crazy, all of these "floods" of people placed their orders, got their food and let; 45 minutes later we were still waiting! We saw that they were filling the most recent orders first. So when we inquired about our order it was at the very top and they had not even considered filling our orders yet! We told the young lady to just cancel our orders! She apologized to us and we left! Nothing against the young lady because she's always on her game, but the two guys threw everything off! One of them even touched someone's cell phone, and then grabbed some chicken with his bare hands. At that point it was time to leave for real!!!!!
