We had a large group, 8 guests. Our waitress was training another girl and both were so kind and helpful. We had somebody who couldn't have dairy, and the chef came out to explain what he could do for her. He was a hoot and made our experience there more amazing. The food was delicious. Dessert was to die for. The atmosphere was very mature. Will go back and can't wait

Food was bland, dry, and overpriced! I ordered the shrimp and lobster pasta. The pasta was dry, they only put three shrimps and small pieces of lobster in the pasta wasn't worth the price and I left very disappointed!!!!

Some of the staff do not care about consistent patronage and are highly judgmental! I doubt I return after today. Sad as I’ve been going there ten plus years. It takes one bad apple to ruin the batch. Too bad as Brooke did an awesome job. In my position I’ve booked multiple reservations for 10+ people. I will never have vendors there to expose them to my experience I had tonight and for me to be publicly embarrassed as I was tonight.

I will no longer recommend Martini’s. For the second time, my husband made reservations and placed an advanced order for my gluten free lasagna only for us to arrive and not have a reservation on file, not the gluten free lasagna. Will definitely be finding a different Italian restaurant. The manager was not even apologetic.

Pretty disappointed to say the least, we sat near the bar area and went in for dinner and drinks for the evening. it was almost 20 minutes before anyone came to the table to get our drink order. Perhaps should've been my first red flag! We finally received our drinks which took a while as well. when the drinks did arrive we went ahead and ordered an appetizer while we were still looking at the dinner menu. The appetizer came out not only very good, but did not take long at all. From there, another 30 minutes went by and always trying to not be rude or disrespectful by waving down the server even after those 30 minutes, he literally walked past the table without even making eye contact. Somewhat frustrated I was able to get his attention and asked "when you get a moment can you come back and get us another drink and take our dinner order?".... another 20 minutes went by as the server walked past the table a couple of more times. At that time I walked up to the bar, paid for our drinks and appetizer and left. in an hour and 20 minutes time one drink each and an appetizer. Not only did we pay our bill and leave, several tables around us did the same. I'm not saying we won't go back as perhaps a slightly busy night and probably understaffed, I understand bad nights or busy nights. Regardless, completely ignoring a few tables led to several of us leaving and heading elsewhere.

So. Love their salad. Don't get me wrong. Good place to eat. But tonight and sometimes... takes 10-15 for a drink. They claim they are "busy". But I got my food before my drink!!!! Then wasting how check took a while. Seriously. The took 10 min for them to come and pick up the check. Seriously?!!! It is t busy. No wait. I am going to be that person. It isn't right. As a customer I do not feel like I got good service. Took a while hour and mainly waiting.

We have been going to Martini's for 10+ years and always enjoyed it. We just had dinner there and the service was terrible. It took 15 minutes from the time we ordered glasses of wine until we received them. I ordered Salmon well done but it was almost raw in the middle. I couldn't send it back as our server never checked on us. Salad plates were never removed after the entrees arrived and finally we were not able to order a second beverage. I'll chalk it up to an off night and hope next time is better. Side note, they were out of Bud Light, Miller Lite and Michelob Ultra
Four stars for Martini Italian Bistro: the salmon was so good, it made me want to swim upstream like a determined salmon myself! However, I felt like I was sipping wine from a chipped glass, adding a touch of danger to my dining experience—watch out for flying glass! But fear not, dessert swooped in like a caped crusader to save the day, making me forget all about the precarious glass situation. Sweet tooth satisfied, salmon savored, and a little extra adrenaline thrown in for good measure. What more could you ask for?

Four stars for Martini Italian Bistro: the salmon was so good, it made me want to swim upstream like a determined salmon myself! However, I felt like I was sipping wine from a chipped glass, adding a touch of danger to my dining experience--watch out for flying glass! But fear not, dessert swooped in like a caped crusader to save the day, making me forget all about the precarious glass situation. Sweet tooth satisfied, salmon savored, and a little extra adrenaline thrown in for good measure. What more could you ask for?
