Keith Morin is rude and abusive. I’m an Uber driver and he demanded to see my phone to see the order confirmation. I instructed him to call Uber merchant customer service and they would confirm I was assigned to the order. He exclaimed, “I’m not about to do that for every order.” He called Uber and they verified me as the driver. He then requested the order to be canceled from me and the customer. I was already paid for it because it was confirmed. He then asked Uber to block me from coming to their store.

This particular location was great! We were provided great service by the older gentlemen who took our orders. The food was great and they made sure we were okay during our dine in experience. I think it is great that there are special needs individuals who work at that location. I would return.

I always liked McAlisters but lately the quality has gone way down. Tonight I ordered the pick 2. I got half a French dip sandwich & a cup of broccoli cheese soup. When the food was brought to the table I was shocked. The half sandwich was about half the size it used to be. It was about 2 inches wide and had 1 thin slice of meat on the bun. What used to be a descent sandwich is now about 4 bites of mostly bread. And the cup of broccoli soup was only about 3/4 full & mostly cheese soup. Very little broccoli. I think I've made my last trip to McAlisters.
