I really like McAllisters however, this location has never had great service. Noone ever comes to the carryout counter , so go ahead and get in line with everyone and when they ask to take your order, tell them you had an online order. My sandwich was smushed with hardly any ingredients, the wrap we got was the same. Maybe they were in a hurry.

I have never had one bad experience in this place but today they irritated me. I place my order and went in 5 mins after i placed it and she said oh well give it about a couple mins whatever. Time went on and next response after i said whats taking so long she says it says pick up is 1250 like cool but im here so i assume accommodate the fact im here on break. They literally waited till 1250 pm to give me my food like what. Then some pregnant lady asked if i wanted a cookie im not kid dont do that im very disappointed do better

Today I went to McCallisters, one of my favorite places. Today was not a good day,I got the McCallisters club, I mentioned I was allergic to chicken and turkey, so I just wanted ham. I got turkey and ham, I had to take off the turkey so then then the sandwich had hardly anything on it and the bread was stale.

Vegetarian options: Although I ordered a veg dish, it had pieces of bacon & chicken in it. I am a pure vegetarian person, so I am not sure if I am going again ?
I love the food and have been coming since it opened. Only lately I've noticed the size is small for the price. It doesn't happen often but still. Also please, please bring back the muffaletta.

I generally like this chain. This last visit 10/16 was very apparent that the neighborhood is declining as are several within Louisville. Graffiti in the restroom, inebriated / sleeping vagrants sitting outside at the tables.The food was fine, not on par for other McAlister's, but not terrible. Staff was friendly enough when ordering. Manager came out to refill drinks while their staff watched.
