Whoever put our food together was very rude. They made a mistake when we went to pick up our mobile order through the drive through. Whoever was on the intercom didn’t send our order through or something. When we got to the second window we showed the guy our order which literally says “drive thru” that’s the only way you can get a code to even pick up your food. They acted confused for like 5 minutes until one girl was yelling “It’s curbside it’s curbside!!” Instead of just fixing the mistake that one of her employees made. I have a picture of it saying Drive-thru as well. It’s just weird to be yelling and making it seem like the customer is wrong instead of just giving us the food we paid for so we can go to work.

Lazy disgusting service and very poor quality of food they literally gave me an old non edible sandwich and a spoiled frappe we all know what spoiled milk taste like. On top of that they've disconnected the phone because they get an overwhelming amount of complaints

They were super busy the other day, but with my mobile order, I was in and out quickly. Water machine was down, so no coffee or hi-c or ice. My fries seemed a little undercooked and soggy, but they were edible. If not for those 2 things, I would’ve given five stars.

The only reason I even gave this place a star is because that is the lowest rating you can give it on here. I don't even pick this McDonald's 99% of the time I'd rather go to the one on Westport.

The food was good. Usually, I get an 8 piece nugget meal with a sprite and fries. The service was ok. The first lady looked 60 to make some extra money, but the second man looked in his early 20's, and they were both nice.
The cashier was of a Pakistan decent or other, looked at me very evil and dirty for no reason, wasn't friendly at all, I will not be going back to that particular McDonald's!!!

Cashiers are the same as most locations. They jabber with coworkers while having a customer wait for their item. If you ask for something special, example extra onion. Your sandwich will not look nice when you open the wrapper. Not surprised as most locations give service like this. All in all it is nothing special, but it is here.Wheelchair accessibility: Nice to have parking at the front but it is on a hill so it is a bit more challenging.

Geez what's happening to this McDonalds?! Very nice lady when I paid for my order. (Thank you mam). But the lady at the pickup window was RUDE! Gave me my drink with no ice and I asked for ice and she just mumbled something and walked away. Come to find out apparently ice machine was broken. But she acted like she hated me for asking. RUDE! Geez and I was so nice about it all. Come on whoever is the boss there....
