Only time I would ever go to that McDonald's on newcut is for a coffee and ONLY in the morning time. The night time workers are always outside smoking and After 3 times on different times it was still same old song and dance which they will tell people they are in the middle of change. And it's not always the same time but they are always sending customers away and if You do get them to finally take your order you have waited in line for at least 10 to 15 mins. Before they even say anything which in my second attempt was Were not taking orders at this time . Third and last time they didn't even come on speaker to tell you they weren't taking orders until I drove to window and literally saw people in street clothes standing and one guy was sitting on counter while workers were just talking til I blew my horn then this worker came to window and was so high that she was slurring her words that they were in the middle of change out. Which is why If I even go there it's for only coffee and only in the morning. So I go to the one on Dixie if I do want something other than coffee . It's like a whole different place with actual workers that are not high on something. So if you are craving McDonald's You may want to drive the extra miles to not have to deal with the most unprofessional service and you don't feel like you may end up getting a chicken bone instead of chicken nuggets in your box. Their breakfast is good, but the quality of their food during lunch time and during the evening is terrible. It's a waste of money. Only the breakfast and the pies are worth it, but the rest of it is never fresh. The burgers are never fresh and the fries are never fresh. Do better McDonald's

For over 2 years now this McDonald’s NEVER has milkshakes or caramel macchiato machine up and running. They always say the machine is down. This location needs to get it together! The owner should fix the machine if it’s really been broke for 2 years. But I think they employees dont want to full with it bcuz every rare occasion it is working. Just this week 4 days in a row I have tried to buy a.l caramel macchiato & it’s not available. I now will drive 2 miles out of the way to go to the next McDonald’s

I had ordered food from them today well my spouse did, I begin eating and then realized there was hair in my ice cream long blonde hair. I called and the girl that answered the phone I felt was unpleasant, they told me to bring the food back and they'll give me some more but because of the unpleasant call I took the food back and want anything back. They ain't have no nets on their hair and no gloves just absolutely disgusting. Also their 3rd shift staff have never been anything other then unpleasant as well. If I could give 0 stars I would. People talk about the restaurants in the Westend but baby close this one as well. Never no ice cream, the machine always down.

These corporate offices do not care about how customers are being treated these franchises hire thee most unprofessional people to run their businesses, and we the people keep spending like idiots!
