Get the order wrong constantly. Food that is given is old, and dry. When sauce is on the Item they make a huge mess. Will not return to this location, which is unfortunate because it's the closest to my home.

First, blaming things on the staff because of their accents and place of origin is never cool. Those bringing that to the complaints has issues. We are supposed to be understanding to each other no matter where we are from.So knock it off and just state your feedback.As for me, I had to take my time and be real about this McDonald's location and honestly after spending money here repeatedly and the app constant problems... I have to say this location is not worth the gas money anymore.It's clear the upper person not used to taking accountability for their restaurant mistakes and how they treat its customers. The verdict is stay away from this location and be stress free.The service was good and the staff wonderful. But.... when there is a mistake it's next to impossible to get your issues solved and my issue was a super small order. An easy fix but never solved.I solely blame the compliance office and the local person in charge not the staff. And I suspect that person feel so secure in their position they simply don't care.So if you vist this McDonald's which is a"new" restaurant, please think better of it. I suggest you go to the Chick-fil-a across the street. It's not expensive.Better food, better service, and quick to solve any issues. Any issues....Again the staff at this location is good but you can't trust your issues will be solved if it comes up. You are out of luck and have to solve it yourself.If you must visit a McDonald's then visit the other location down Bardstown road. You will be glad. The service is excellent and the food is good. You will feel they care.Best of luck to whatever you decide.

This has to be the rudest McDonald's. I've ever been to In my life. Not only was my mcflurry not even stirred ( just ice cream with oreis sprinkled on top) . The staff made me feel like I was bothering them by ordering food period. Also witnessed a couple of the workers. Making fun of someone standing In line In a foreign language very loudly.

I HATE this McDonald’s! The people are rude, you never get your food at a window you always have to pull off somewhere else, it’s cold by the time you do get it and it’s wrong. The morning crew is better than the night crew but I would avoid this restaurant at all costs if I could.

Terrible terrible atmosphere. Nobody’s working everybody’s sitting around. Food is poorly made. McFlurry is full of Oreo with almost no ice cream. This place seriously need to work on service and food. Deeply troublesome.

This young manager from Africa or wherever can barely speak English here and has terrible customer service skills. I watched as he talked down to someone that had already placed an order and was telling him he had to order again. The guy got so fed up, he cussed the manager out and walked out. This place needs to work on its customer service, ASAP
