Very hit and miss. More miss unfortunately. Missing food or wrong order very regularly. Morning staff are typically quick and polite. Night staff seem to take their work frustration out on the customer. I can't comment on the atmosphere because the inside is never open. Unless you want to walk around the building, through the landscaping or on the black top.Wheelchair accessibility: They keep most of not all doors locked. The door that is often unlocked does NOT have wheelchair accessibility.

This place gets worse and worse. It took so long to get breakfast and half the food was missing. Each time I get my daughter a happy meal the toy is missing. McDonalds and specifically this one also the one on old 3rd street have gotten me on for so much money. I don't have the time and patience to go back up there each time.

The food was grate the service was good and the atmosphere was amazing but the plase is busy and I understand why.Parking: Since the plase was popular and busy it was kind of hard to find parking. It was worth it though.Kid-friendliness: The kid friendliness was good and in front of me in line there was a kid that wanted a surtan toy with his happy meal and the kid aWas able to get that toy.

I pulled up at 10:27 and wanted to order some lunch. They told me that I had to wait till 10:30. I said just to order some fries or something they was like yeah so I said I'm going to sit and wait for the 2 minutes she was like okay so I'll pull back and and I went back and I waited and I came back around. It was 1 minute and they still would not serve me. No food so I asked to speak to a manager and a little girl came up named Stacy and posed as a manager and when I asked her was she a manager. She said now I'm a cruel man but I said what can I speak to the manager? She said no I said what can I have? The district manager's phone number. She said it's on the front of the building. I drove around the building. It was not there and then I came in sad and another young lady pointed to me where it is. I said you did not have to lie where it was at and and I called several times. No return phone call. This is the most horriblest place. My food was nasty. They gave me bad ladies that had to pick off but I was hungry so I had no other choice. I wasn't taking it back so they can mess up again
