Besides a few dishes, I have not partaken much in this cuisine prior. If its all this good I might make it a weekly ritual. Dipping is a fun way to eat. I would give the food an A- . Service, drinks, vibe outstanding. A friend and I sat at the bar - all of the servers were on point, funny and friendly. The lamb hummus and the labneh (which I have never tried prior) I would happily eat daily.
Great spot. Fantastic ambiance, modern take on traditional med vibe. Drinks were very original and refreshing and tied nicely with the menu. Food was excellent, traditional med flavors with some original twists and flavors. I also enjoyed that it they pulled flavors from several cultures, not just one. Overall, one of my favorite restaurants in Louisville.
