Walked to the counter to order, guy at the counter couldn’t get off his phone for 5 seconds for me and my boyfriend to order our pizza. Finally my boyfriend asked if he was ready, he just stood there staring at this phone, he repeated and then the guy decided to look at him like he was stupid and say yes with a hateful attitude. Pizza is amazing but customer service would keep me from coming back.

Went for dinner on Sunday night and the pizza was the best florenza pizza(not an exaggeration), and the atmosphere was great. Not too busy.Dietary restrictions: Sourdough crust was delicious!

I loved it here. I ordered to go & it really didn't take long. Maybe 10-15 minutes. (I went around 7:30pm on a Wednesday) I was pleasantly surprised by their set up & their hospitality. The pizza was so good! I got the Famous spicy giardiniera & it was so spicy ! I loved it. They only have 9" inch pizzas but It's the perfect size for a couple people to share or if you're really hungry you'll be stuffed LoL I also got their side salad. I will say while I liked the Dijon mustard for the salad if you're not a fan of a mustard base you should swap it out for another dressing.Overall I will definitely go back sometime :)

For starters HORRIBLE customer service! We waited patiently while the guy was making pizzas. He came to the register with an attitude and said NOTHING! No how can I help you or even take a hike. LITERALLY NOTHING. So I order. The pizza was disgusting. You’ll get better quality from a Tostitos pizza. It was SUPER BLAND! I will NEVER COME BACK BASED ON CUSTOMER SEVICE ALONE. For the life of me I do not understand how you can mess up a cheese pizza. It’s the most BASIC THING ON THE MENU. NEVER AGAIN

Decided to get a pizza while at Ten20 and that was the best decision I could have made. I just got a simple pepperoni pizza but it was perfect! Not too dry or spongy; cheesy but not too much; pepperoni had a spiciness to it; the sauce wasn’t that weird chunky kind of sauce; and the food came out fast. It’s worth going and getting a pizza just by itself.

Now I don't know why I cannot get the Douglas Loop location to pull up (not even TEN20) but that's the location we visited. Super nice wonderful staff- work zone with Wi-Fi for those looking for a nice chill spot to get some food and beverages... They are very accommodating- I don't like everyone's Italian sausage so I just don't... happy to substitute it! It was our first visit but look forward to going back!

I found the pizza sauce to be a little sweet and wasn't super impressed with the pizza. It's still pizza and therefore wonderful but not my favorite style. You may enjoy it more than I did.
