Super cute establishment! Always has a pretty good flow of people when I go in so there is a little bit of a wait, but the staff at this place is so good at what they do that the line is always moving and once the food is ordered it is not an astronomical wait, probably around 5 or 10 minutes if it is really busy. Last time I visited I got the Willinger bagel sandwich and let me tell you that bagel is stacked, and it is so yummy! They also have some baked doggy treats they make in house and my husky loves them! Definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a cute little coffee shop with some yummy food options!

Honestly I would give this place a 3.5 star review but to be kind I rounded up. The bagels had potential but they were cold and not toasted as we weren't given t the option to warm them up. The barista was a bit rude when we asked questions about the menu she just silently pointed over and over and looked unamused by our questions. This was off putting and then serving us cold bagels and a cold cinnamon role was very disappointing. The option would have been nice. The atmosphere is welcoming and cheery with lots of natural light and plants. I would come back but definitely would advocate for the bagels to be warmed. The BEC bagel on everything was delicious with a bit too much on the salt side, however still good.

VibesSaturday morning, you can smell Butchertown down the street... you walk up to this adorable building, you rush in.... the smells of Heaven hit you in the face ? You've arrived! You look to the left at the beautiful stone photo (I'm obsessed with it), you look forward and see a couple of people standing in line and a couple to the side. You walk to the line and see the fresh pastries all around, even handmade dog/cat treats! The menu is large and readable, hanging above the register. You decide you would like a flavored bagel with cream cheese, give your name, and you pay cash (also giving a little to the tip jar because you're a decent human ♡) You stand to the side with the excited others waiting for their treat bags. The music is a song from your childhood and you're humming along, nodding your head when suddenly "*YOUR NAME*" is called out!!! Here we go! Time to see if your friend who told you to go here was right...you find a seat in front of the rock picture (it's my review lol). You unwrap the bagel OH THEY RESPECTED THE SHMEARRRRRRRR!!!! Herb cream cheese is healthily packed between the tomato basil slices, you take a bite. This really is Heaven! You've needed this day for so so so so so long! Other shops just don't get it, they don't have the flavor! Tears begin streaming down your cheeks, blessed be! The Angels begin singing, there's a bright light that comes from the ceiling and washes over your body. You've been blessed by the Bagel God ?? You found your new spot! You feel the best you've felt since before the Pandemic, you want to write an amazing review....no...you NEED to write an amazing review! You go to thank your friend, they were right! They were there for you through the other store experiences...they understand your pain Have a wonderful day and spread love!-Your Friend who loves bagels

I've had great experiences here in the past, including amazing catering, but today the women behind the counter seemed bothered to have to take orders and I got a chive scone that, unfortunately, tasted of only salt. The coffee was delightful!

Out of bagels last 2 times I went there for breakfast. Coffee was ok, nothing great. There are a lot of other coffee shops with better coffee and not out of bagels so I've been going to other places.

A bakery full of tempting treats - but the bagels won out! This is a cozy place to spend a morning in Louisville.

Great bagel sandwiches, fairly quick service & a nice space. Definitely recommend. They had a ton of bakery items to choose from that looked & sounded delicious. They also sell bags of their bagels & tubs of cream cheese to take home. I thought about doing that next time I go. My husband got the everything bagel & he mentioned it being a little too salty (& he likes salt ) he said he would try another bagel next time bc he loved the quality. A few Parking spaces are on the side of the building & if they're not extremely busy street parking near the building may be available.

I love this place in general and the service is always so lovely but it is ungodly to charge $1.75 extra for nondairy milk. A small upcharge of $.50 is reasonable (and maybe $1 since that’s most common) but nearly $2 extra is frankly ridiculous.

I normally, I’m a really big fan of Nancy’s bagels because all of their bagels are baked fresh every morning. This last time I went I had really high expectations and I brought an out of Town guest, hoping that it would be a really amazing experience for him, but honestly, the bagels tasted like store-bought, and I was really disappointed in their flavor in the look of them in the seasoning. Pretty disappointed, probably won’t go back.
