Delicious Bundt Cakes! Would definitely order and recommend to anyone! Don’t let the service scare you away! Yes they could definitely improve on how they great their customers! Price isn’t bad for the quality of food.

I wouldn't support this place at all. My someone I know works here and she just had a death in her family of someone she was pretty close to and they did not give 2 you know what's and she has to deal with stuff dealing with it and again didn't care. This poor girl who was crying all morning has to now go in to work.

Good luck getting service! I was there this morning with my daughter. She ordered, paid for and received her cakes. The young man who took her order went to the back and never returned. The 3 to 4 ladies at the counter were busy doing other things. I stood at the register waiting to order and never received help. When the ladies at the counter finally saw fit to help the line inside the store, they helped the person behind me and completely ignored my presence. Will not be returning.

Wanted to share my most recent experience at this location. Bundt cakes are a go-to for all of our special occasions, so I stopped in to pick up a cake for a friend's birthday out of town. The clerk was so helpful, offering add-ons and suggestions for how to make her cake extra special. The service was great! On my way out, I tripped on the sidewalk, and both employees quickly came out to help, checked on my cakes and taped back up my boxes. They were so kind and truly went above and beyond. Thank you!

I dropped in here for a quick cake for a forgotten birthday. They had quite a few beautiful options prepared and ready to go. I opted for this selection of mini bundts- bite sizes in several different flavors and it was a hit with the whole office. You can add little decorations for an up charge. The staff was accommodating, quick to decorate, and after a happy experience, I was on my way in 5 minutes. I thought it was a bit pricey, that is until I tasted the cakes, and now I've changed my mind! They were delicious and fresh. Not some stale bakery cake that was just sitting around, but really tasty! I will be back.

Icing is excellent!! Prices are a little high but they taste like nothing else and are always fresh! Plus you get a card that they punch with every purchase and after 12 you get one of the singles free! Wish they stayed open later because with it being on shelbyville rd it's hard to get there before they close. But the many different flavors will keep you coming back for more! The birthday cakes are beautuful and there is a catalogue to flip thru to pick out what suits your celevration needs! Awesome!!?????????????????

Ohhhhh my! So flavorful and delicious. I was given a small chocolate chip Bundt cake as a gift last year. Just excellent and so moist! Much to my delight, they had a booth at the NSRA street rod carshow where I once again found that little chocolate wonder. The best cake I've had in a long time. Highly recommend.
