I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich. When it came out, the chicken breast was pink in the middle. When I brought this to the attention of the server, they said: "this happens all the time. It's because it's a breast and hard to get done correctly." They did not even apologize, let alone take it off my bill.

This is the dumbest place we have ever been to. I can’t even explain how complicated they make it to order food and get it and get drinks. And don’t plan on paying in cash they won’t take it. We are stuck here because of crowds before the concert but will never ever ever come again and would never ever recommend. Menu is terrible too.

Weirdest place you could ever try to eat. Don't plan on a normal restaurant. If you are tired of complications in your life DO NOT come here!!! Plus the fish is triangle and drenched in hot Tabasco sauce and soggy. Grossest sandwich I've had ever !! Oh it gets better- I went in the bathroom and when I was putting on lipstick two men's walked in. I didn't even realize it is a joint bathroom!!!!! No thank you!!!!!

Went on a Saturday night. Did street parking (after 6pm is free). You get a wrist band at the entrance or at the bar and order drinks/pay for the wrist band. There is a sports bar in the basement, stage/seating/bar on levels 1/2, private event space level 3, and overnight quarters on level 4. Level 3 has a patio overlooking Main Street and a balcony indoors that overlooks the stage on level 1. Order food at the food kiosks and pick up on the lower basement level. Really liked the burgers and side of cole slaw. Multiple drink options at the bar.

Typically I never leave a bad review, but this was the oddest experience I've ever had in a bar. Once our credit card was taken at the door, and don't try using a Chase card, they won't take it, we never encountered a single employee in the place. We had nothing to eat or drink so I can't tell how the food is. 10 minutes into roaming the place we decided to go next door where they actually have bartenders and food. Maybe an off day? This was bizarre.

Stay Away! This is a disaster of a restaurant that left me with a rather unfavorable impression. The menu, in all honesty, left much to be desired. The options were limited, and there was a noticeable absence of creativity of the menu.Moving on to the service, it's disheartening to note that the staff seemed disinterested and inattentive. It took an inordinate amount of time to get any attention, and even then, the service lacked the warmth and hospitality that enhances the overall dining experience. Now, let's talk about the food. Unfortunately, it failed to meet even basic expectations. The flavors were lackluster, and the presentation left a lot to be desired. So many other options in downtown this is a place that I will not be coming back to..

I just went for drinks and music. Great atmosphere and a great band! Drinks good and pretty strong. There is three floors of bars!!!! I would suggest getting drinks from the lower floors because they have more of a selection there. However the upper floor has a great view down on the band.

This review is slanted toward our private rental for our company holiday party. We easily checked in for wristbands and from our company received drink tickets. It was a quick walk upstairs to the second floor; however, there's also an elevator. The second floor was decorated with lights and trees, and is long and skinny like a shotgun house. It did cause a traffic jam between the bar and those walking the food line. Food was good but a lot of the guests struggled with both meat items, burger and chicken, being spicy. Chicken was noted that way but the burger spice was a surprise. Our bar staff was amazing. Angels Envy was the featured bourbon and my old fashioned was amazing, all of them! They also offered a fun holiday menu of cocktails. A live band played on the first floor and based on the structure of the building there's a spot to watch it from all floors. Biggest complaint of the evening was the volume. Even with a private party you can't control it and it caused a lot of loud talking in order to mingle. All in all a great atmosphere to encourage mingling. I'm definitely interested to come back and visit on a typical evening to experience the vibe.

The food was fine but they charged me for two drinks that I didn't even get and then charged my card twice. Their phone number doesn't work, and the number they send the electronic receipt with doesn't respond. It basically cost me $70 to pay with a bracelet. Would not recommend.

We decided to head to Number 15 after a U of L game on Sunday around 4:30pm to grab some food. We went downstairs and were able to choose a table we wanted. The bartender came over with waters and took our drink orders. He was very nice and helped us decide on food. Because business was a little slow the bartender took our food order as well (typically you walk to the food counter to place your food order). We got the fringes & chicken on a stick (fav). The fringes were good but I prefer a basket of their fries over the fringes, but that's just me. The chicken on a stick was just as good as I remembered. I love how spacious this building is. It's always clean and the restrooms are always nice too. Right now they even have holiday lights outside of the building which really give Main Street that "pop" of holiday magic.
