Something about the space and the early 2000s alternative playlist hit the spot! My group walked in not knowing what to expect and we walked out with this being our favorite stop of the weekend. Staff was great, drinks were on point (special shoutout to the spicy mint julep), and the music brought it all together for the perfect vibe!

Olivia was phenomenal. Outstanding knowledge.

Really different Old Fashioned drinks than I’m used to, but awesome. Nice decor and a fun environment.

We just finished the regular tour and Wes was the tour guide, he was great funny and informative. We tasted 4 bourbons at the end as part of the tour it was well presented and a great value for the price.

My wife and I had a great tour with Noah last week at Old Forester. He was very knowledgeable about the history, production process, and products of this distillery. The tour itself was great from start to end, and gave me a greater appreciation for their products. The gift shop is nice and organized, with an occasional harder to find bottle available for purchase. We didn’t visit the actual bar at the distillery as our tour included four tastings but we will plan on visiting that next time we are in Louisville.

Just pics, and was a great experience! One stop of many on the Trail. Close to many others to make it worth the stop. Awesome option of packages to maximize each individuals time. Highly recommend!

My Stepson, daughter in-law and Granddaughters traveled 950 miles here from Texas to not only visit for Thanksgiving though also to visit Old Forester Distilling Co. to purchase some Whiskey and have a drink. On this day November 23rd 2022, the drink that he, her and I wanted to partake in was not possible because the female bartender said at 4:37 pm she had already made their "last call"!! The bar closes at 5pm, that same female bartender was adamant in her decision! That bartenders decision is the sole reason my family and I won't visit your location ever again! The Manager said last call was 4:45pm and that Manager chose not to reiterate and allow us to have a drink!

Don't take your child with you. There's nothing to see for $16.At least prepare gifts or snacks for the children and receive money. It's really ridiculous that the child doesn't even get a chocolate bar.
Great place! Great people!Wish I had bought a bottle there.

Had a tour with Tish, and it was the best distillery tour I've ever been on!

I did the tour with Jennifer as our guide. She was fantastic, passionate and knowledgeable. Also what I really appreciated is that other employees who were actually working during our tour (coopong, bottling, emptying barrels, etc.) took the time to pause what they were doing so we could watch the magic happen. Great experience.

The “Nothing better on the Market” tour was one of our favorite on our bourbon trail trip

This review is solely based on their ability to handle online sales. In 5 years of attempting to get limited releases. Brown foreman is no small mom and pops operation purchase a better server/ sales platform. The site is as rigged as Kroger bourbon raffles.
