Food is good but the coupon for free entries for survey on receipt never works.

Every time I decide to give this location another chance they always prove why I shouldn't. The food is barely warm and as always they only take 1 drive thru customer at a time. So if you are 3 cars deep, all three will one by one order, pay, get their food, then the next person can go place their order. Took 14 minutes to get thru the 3 customers. Why?????

Cafeteria style steam table. Food is done on demand. Everything was good and hot except the noodles.

I've been here twice, thinking my first experience, may have been too critical. Nope the first and second experiences are the same. BAD FROZEN FOOD. I was really hoping it would be like the Panda Express I had in Chicago. I couldn't believe how good it was for fast food. I also had it in Indianapolis and the was ok. So it's definitely a franchise issue. It's so disappointing because I would eat there once a week if it was good.

Ordered online and had my husband pick up on his way home from work. He gets there and is told the order was already picked up, they gave it to a doordash driver. After him telling them the other order wasnt is and getting aurged with over it, the lady finally remade the order but the amount of rice, noodles, and meat was very small and it was thrown together very sloppy.

I wish I'd kept waiting to try it. This is not Chinese food. That's an insult really. The cute panda on the sign doesn't make up for the fact that this is not good food. I had an in app coupon for a $1.00 bowl. I asked for fried rice with no onion and was told that the ingredients cannot be altered. So I opted for white rice and grilled teriyaki..chicken..??..I then asked if they could add some broccoli. Again? I was told that 'the ingredients cannot be altered. Why not??? So they offered half and half. Half white rice and half broccoli. Ok. I also ordered an egg roll (more on that later) and a soda. I got to the drive thru window and my bag was sat on a counter near the window within seconds. Those must be some pretty powerful microwaves! The broccoli was nice. The white rice was meh. The..chicken..??.. was rubbery and fatty. Was it even chicken?? I really don't think it was. What do know is that it was nasty and I'll never eat it again. The ONLY saving grace was the egg roll. It too was chicken, but micro size pieces and the other ingredients and spices almost made up for the horror of the bowls contents. Do yourself a favor and keep going to your favorite chinese place down the street!

Chow mein was flooded in oil. Spicy shrimp wasn’t crispy as it usually is. Food was cold. The worst panda food I’ve had.

Why haven't they figured out how to serve orange chicken and egg rolls warmer than room temperature? ?
